coorparoo chicken and seafood — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I love getting my fish and chips here. It just has that feel good local milk bar vibe that you don’t find anymore. However the lady as seen the the photo can be rude and hard to deal with particularly when she tries to charge you extra for a meal you already ordered and paid for after she gets it wrong. I had ordered 2 grilled fish and chips via phone and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. So I made my way down to find that my food had not been put on I confirmed with the woman it was 2 grilled fish and chips face to face. She then proceeded to put 2 crumbed fish on, and told me 10 minutes. She then handed me my order with the crumbed fish and told me I’ll have to pay extra now because she’s already cooked the fish. It was her own mistake, I had told her multiple times both over the phone and in person and she still wanted to charge me more like it was my fault for her ignorance. Great feel good...

So tonight I ordered through uber. My order was 3 pork riblet, chips and a hotdog with tomato sauce. I received what looks like a meal for a family with 2 crumbed fish, chips, scallops, calamari and prawns and the next dish being a battered fish, calamari and chips. Then there was a box of chicken and chips. I am not happy, I didn't want seafood which is why I didn't order it. The food honestly looked oily and gross, the oil clearly needs changing as the chips were absolutely disgusting. I have reported this to uber and will never be buying from...

Do not eat here. Last week while lining up to be served the lady cooking dropped a burger bun on the floor and picked it up and put it back in the grill to continue cook it. The people waiting were disgusted and asked for a refund. While waiting we saw maggots all over the floor coming from under the front counter. The bloke just came out with a broom and try sweeping them away and didn’t even seem bothered. We just walked out and went...
