I had one of the worst experiences of my life at Crust Pizza Mt Gravatt. I picked up an order from the restaurant and delivered it to the customer, only for the customer to tell me that they had ordered 5 pizzas but received only 4. I politely asked the customer to contact the restaurant directly, which they did in front of me. Shockingly, the restaurant staff and management falsely claimed that they had given me the full order.
I then asked the restaurant to show the CCTV footage as proof that I was given all 5 pizzas, but they refused. It was clear to both me and the customer that the mistake was from the restaurant, yet they blamed me unfairly. The customer was frustrated and said, “What is this kind of service?” — rightfully so.
After completing the delivery, I returned to the restaurant to discuss the issue calmly. Instead of addressing the matter professionally, the staff and owner became aggressive, verbally abusive, and blamed me again in front of others. What happened next was shocking — they physically assaulted me, punched me, dragged my phone, and forcefully pushed me out of the restaurant. They even used racist and offensive language towards me.
This was an absolutely unacceptable and traumatizing experience. I was left in shock, deeply hurt, and mentally disturbed. I had no choice but to call the police and file a complaint. Thankfully, I have video evidence of the incident, and I hope strict legal action is taken against the restaurant and its staff.
This kind of racist behavior, physical violence, and unprofessional conduct has no place in society — especially not in a business that serves the public. I would never recommend Crust Pizza Mt Gravatt to anyone. Everyone can cook food, but basic human respect and decency are what truly matter. This restaurant has failed on every front.

Read moreCoeliacs beware! My boyfriend ordered a gluten-free pizza in-store, and mentioned that he was Coeliac. I then watched as the staff member topped a gluten-free pizza base with pizza sauce and ingredients from the exact same sources as for the regular pizzas, then put the completed pizza in the same oven with no attempt at minimising contamination at any step in the process. When I confronted him when the pizza was cooked (I hadn't been certain it was our order), he said "this is how we make gluten-free pizzas". I did not see this written on any obvious part of the menu on the wall, and the worker did not say a word about contamination when he took the order.
Very disappointed with the lack of awareness regarding such a serious illness. Perhaps if the staff member had ever had to stay up in the early hours of the morning because their loved one was vomiting due to someone else's carelessness, either a) the store would have better policies, or b) he would have let us know that it is not safe to eat.
He did process the refund quickly, so I'll give one star above...
Read moreI've had mixed experiences with this store when ordering delivery. On multiple occasions, the sauce that goes on top of the pizza has been missing. They tasted quite bland without it. One time I got a call 30mins after placing my order to say they're out of vegan cheese and can't fulfil the order. It was placed online and I never received a refund, despite being assured that I would. I once went into the store to order and found that they didn't have the vegan options displayed on the menu above the counter, so I had to go to the website on my phone to see them. They had plant based protein options displayed, but that's not the same thing as vegan, and there's vegan pizzas that aren't part of that category. Aside from these issues, I've been a happy customer and placed many orders. The loyalty program (buy 9 and get 1 free) is...
