Domino's Pizza Paddington QLD — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I called Domino's Paddington for a delivery tonight, I spoke to a guy named Morgan. I ordered and asked if the driver could call rather than knock as it was 9:30pm. Morgan took down my number and said it should be half an hour. After an hour of waiting, I called back and spoke to Morgan again. He said that the driver came but my phone was disconnected and nobody answered at the door! I asked him to read back the number. He read back some number that is not even close to my number. So I gave him my number again and Morgan told me they would run my order straight down.

After another half an hour, now over one and a half hours since first calling and my order is still not here. I call for the third time. Morgan said the driver had left ten minutes ago. I wait a few minutes for the call, nothing. I go out the front and there is the driver knocking on the door! He said the number was disconnected! Morgan never gave him the number!

After waiting one hour forty five minutes, having botched the order three times they wanted to charge full price. What restaurant operates like that? I called Morgan back and asked why the driver was knocking on the door. Morgan said "we cant change a phone number once an order is in place" and with an attitude like I was stupid for not knowing that, even though he took down my number for a second time! These guys at Paddington have the worst attitude, just couldn't care less. I'll be calling another chain next time I want to order pizza, you would be smart to avoid ordering from...

Had a pretty terrible experience tonight. Not acknowledge when I entered and sat down for 20 minutes waiting. Had ordered online the vegan summer BBQ, which had tomato sauce as the base (defeating the purpose of the whole idea of BBQ). Never had my name called out, which was acknowledge by the man who was cutting the pizzas and calling out orders. I waited for my name to disappear from the pick-up screen before I had to approach the counter, then the staff realised my pizza had been done for a while already. Probably the worst part was that the staff were fighting with each other, one staff saying the other never does anything and hasn't seen him do anything all night, to which he responded with a raised voice "you insult me all the time" and the argument continued from there. Pretty bad look.

Pizzas were delicious though, and over the moon to have vegan...

I waited 2hrs for a pizza when it said it was a 30min wait. I called multiple times and was told my pizza was on its way. I live no more then 2 mins up the road. Service is poor, not to mention the poor quality of pizza too. I ordered a loaded pepperoni pizza, the pizza had 9 bits of pepperoni on a 8 slice pizza. 1 slice of pepperoni on each slice of pizza (would share a photo if I could) not to mention the pizza was stone cold. This is the second time this has happened in the matter of weeks. First time I called up and was told they were too busy to deliver me a replacement pizza that I paid for and that I would have to call back another day for a replacement. Poor effort and pathetic business if you ask me. Pick up your act specially charging $20 for a pizza that costs less then...
