Domino's Pizza Toowong — Restaurant in Brisbane City

on the night of october 26th me and 5 of my friends placed an order through doordash at 11:30 PM the arrival time then said it would be at the apartment between 12:09 AM - 12:29. At 12:09 we then called dominos to ask if our pizzas were being made as on the doordash app it still said our pizzas were being made to which we got told out pizzas were being made then and there and would be at the apartment withtin the next 15 minutes. we then called again at 12:29 to ask when our pizzas would arrive to which we were told again they were being made and would be deliverd soon. we then called every 5 minutes to ask when our pizza would be arrived and we got told the same thing every time to which every time we called we got more frustrated and frustrated. at 1:09 the doordash order was marked complete and 10 minutes later our money was returned. i belive that the doordash order was completed and then refunded so the dominos made it look like they had done the job. i can understand that the restuarent may have been packed because of the concert but not having 3 pizzas made and deliverd within and hour and a half is absoluty rediculous considering we were only a 5 minute drive. i find it even more rude that we were consitantly told that our pizza was being made when it wasnt. if they hadve told us when we first called that they wouldnt be able to make our pizza in time there wouldve been less anger but due to thier arrogance and inorance we went hungry for over and hour and a half (we hadnt eaten for 10 hours). i belive dominos has done an absolute terrible job and all dominos towong staff working that night should be fired for thier rudeness and terrible cutomer service. I as a person who works two jobs can still handle a situation better after working a 10 hour day on a croweded night at my retail job. i will no longer shop at dominos and will tell all of my friends and family to do the same unless i get a written apology from the...

Have had continuous great experiences with this store! Tonight the 3 teenage workers I interacted with, along with others, were clearly working very hard and producing delicious pizzas in a timely fashion despite the fact it was clearly very busy. I was served quickly and had an easy and pleasant time ordering with the staff and then proceeded to watch my pizza be made with care and ease in no time. I have had similar experiences with this store in the past so thought it was worth making a review! The staff are always helpful and efficient and it is evident they have lots of responsibility, all of which they fulfill! The hard-working and kind employees truly make this place extra special. Considering the stress they must be under during busy hours and the things they have to manage in the hospitality industry- they are exceptional! On the one occasion in which my delivery was a bit late, the store was very apologetic and fixed it straight away ensuring I got my order ASAP and it arrived with a free garlic bread and drink due to the wait. Have never had a problem with service here. I have however noticed lots of negativity and rude attitudes applied to the staff by managers who never seem to actually help during peak hours but instead just boss around employees. I'm sure they do much more than I see, but I do think there is some unfair treatment. I once saw a women manager being extremely rude to other workers during one of my visits and it was appalling to see her treat coworkers with so little respect while she remained unhelpful and unproductive. Overall I highly recommend the food and customer service is great for a fast food place but maybe new management...

I don’t usually leave reviews but I am appalled by the attitude of the staff.

I went in with two friends and we all ordered at the same time. Two of us received our order within 5 minutes and for the third, we had to wait 38 minutes.

One of the orders was ordered with garlic parmesan sauce and the cashier put it down as garlic base swirl. Totally understandable mistake. My friend wasn’t given a receipt and when she tried to ask for the garlic parmesan sauce, they attempted to argue that we don’t have a receipt and that she didn’t order the sauce. I had to step in and verify that she did in fact ask for that particular sauce. The attitude from them was embarrassing.

Our pizzas went cold while waiting for a very simple pizza that could be made in 5 minutes. Then proceed to give us attitude when we ask for the progress. We asked them twice for the third pizza and refused to tell us the progress.

I’ve worked in fast food before and I understand mistakes are made. But 38 minutes for one pizza along with the poor...
