Went here for my son’s 16th for dinner. They asked when booking if it was a special occasion which I said yes. Not sure why as we found our reserved table as no one around. There was nothing but a reserved sign. No water glasses or cutlery. Even after being there 15 minutes no one said hi or that You can only order food on the app they do not take orders at the bar and you can’t order drinks in the app only at the bar. So we figured that out. When ordering on the app it said we had been set up as a group order with a timer for everyone to order meals together. 3 entrees and 11 main meals ordered. Only one very young girl serving(nothing wrong with her age but all alone) 4 main meals came out, no cutlery had to go ask for some. Then crickets. After 40 minutes went up and asked how long will entrees take as 4 people had completely finished their mains, another lady at the counter as she had been waiting 50 minutes and the chef said it had table 1 on their docket and were looking for them everywhere we all knew that was a lie as like us they watched every meal coming out of the kitchen hoping it was ours. This is the same chef standing out front at the ice cream. His time may be better spent in the kitchen especially when wait times are almost an hour. Entrees finally came then mains. No sorry for the wait at the counter or when it came out more like getting attitude that we were asking. I emailed about my disappointment saying just some acknowledgement or apology for the wait would have been nice. Didn’t even get an acknowledgement of the email. When I told family and friends about our experience seems that this happens often as they too had stories. What a shame you don’t...
Read moreBeen here before and didn't want to come back but had too as it was for a wake, nothing had changed it actually got worse.
Did not want to eat here but had to so we my wife and I ordered 3 entrees, chicken wings, calamari and some sweet potato fries "ALL TERIBLE", I don't even know what there thinking with the coating they put on the wings, calamari no cooked properly "soggy" and flavourless fries and I truly don't know how you can make sweet potato's flavourless.
I would of complained but last time I was here I did and received a hostile reaction from staff.
No knifes, forks, napkins or salt and pepper to be found anywhere even thought they have a box at your table where they should go.
I tasted my sister in-laws pizza witch to my surprise wasn't to bad so when some of the people we were with stayed until dinner we thought we would order the same pizza. "TERIBLE" it was like it came from 2 totally different pizza shops.
Everyone serving you is about 14 or under not a adult in sight.
To top it off there was a pub brawl in the car park with girls screaming, people ripping off their shirts, jumping onto other people cars and punching it while they were trying to drive away.
With two staff trying to break it up, a girl bar-made, that what I said, yes a girl and one small security man.
Scared the crap out of the people we were with witch included some good country people and two elderly, 80 and 88 years old.
Not a place to take children that's for sure. Or elderly for that matter.
All I can say is what the hell is wrong...

Pros: App ordering was easy to use It was a quiet night so the meals were delivered quickly. The wings were ok. Nice and juicy. Ham and cheese pizza was the best meal of the evening. The base was well cooked and had plenty of topping. The sweet potato fries were great.
Cons: The aioli had a consistency of butter and a very strange flavour. The parmies were dry and needed more than a scraping of Napoli. The biggest let down was the chicken burger. It looked incredible. Picture perfect! After cutting it in half I found it wasn't cooked all the way through. It was pink inside. I took it back, let the staff member know and he took it back to the kitchen.
A few minutes later the cook/chef came back to the table with the burger. He explained the cut of meat, the preparation of the meat and the temperature is meant to be before serving. He also said it's not undercooked and is ok to eat. They left the burger and went back to the kitchen.
After he left, I checked the burger making sure I wasn't imagining things and there was a finger indentation in the pink chicken and it was still uncooked.
Not wanting to make a scene, as it was my husband's birthday, I left the burger...
