WORST CAFE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! If I could leave no stars I would be. Staff are completely incompetent, they forgot my coffee order. When I asked the waiter I was told it will be done after 2 coffees. Still didn’t receive my coffee so I went and asked where it was (after already waiting almost 20 mins). When I the front counter there were again telling me to wait another 5 mins. I told them that is not good service and not on, they offered a refund but took 10 mins to work out how to refund one coffee!!!! I then was bullied, yelled at and sworn at by other patrons waiting to order cause they were getting impatient. At the end of it I was told to leave, didn’t receive a proper refund, didn’t get any coffee or food. this place just takes your money, the staffs attitudes are like they couldn’t even care and the rudest wait staff I have ever come across. I had to get my mother to go back to the cafe to try and get a refund and the staff and management were refusing to refund my order or take any responsibility for me being harassed and yelled at by another patron for them taking ages to process a simple refund. NEVER EVER...

What is going on with this place? I’m glad I am not the only one who experienced sub-par service and quality.

I asked for dark chocolate in my mocha and for my churros as I saw it was a dairy free option on the website. Perfect! As you can see from the pics, they actually garnished with milk chocolate.. look at the difference between the pot and the garnish.. completely defeating the purpose. Why didn’t they garnish with dark chocolate? Makes zero sense. Instantly inedible due to allergies.

The churros were burned on each edge. I couldn’t eat them as it tasted like burned chocolate but on closer inspection it was actually the churros that were burned and poorly covered up with chocolate. The churros themselves are more of a fluffy batter consistency similar to what you would find at cheeky waffles. The churro machine is clearly too hot - burns the outside and doesn’t cook the inside.

Staff disinterested and seem upset to be there. Didn’t get cutlery, but other staff bringing meals gave their customers cutlery. Inconstant service.

Did not pass the vibe check. Left hungry and out of...

It was my first time here with my daughters this morning as were looking for a spot to have a nice brunch and this place looked really inviting and the service was fairly quick. Though the food was fine, it's far from a 5-star review.

walked in and approached two waitresses chatting and kindly asked to view the menu and was greeted by annoyance that their chat was interrupted but then pointed me to the counter to grab them as they weren't placed on tables.

metal QR scanners on tables ara useless because of the light reflections, so when I queried, the waitress then again pointed me to line up at the counter (first world problem I know, but dont appear to have the convenience to order from the table if you know it doesn't work and I'm sure I'm not the only one who's experienced this).

my caramel latte and my girls' hot chocolates were beautifully presented and was on point but they weren't hot enough!

the waitress kept asking "is that it?" and trying to take our table number sign every time she delivered an item from our order. Annoying af.

Won't be rushing back any time soon...
