Hungry Jack's Burgers Garden City — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Made a large order for approx $62 worth of food including two boxes. One larger box and one smaller box. The large box advertised 4 drinks in both the picture and when editing the order on the electronic screen. When I received my order my box was missing a burger and I believed I was missing two drinks. When I went back to the counter to ask if I had ordered incorrectly. I double checked the ordering menu and the screen said 4 drinks. And I also asked the person working the front counter. She said there was only supposed to be 2 drinks which I accepted and wasn't really concerned about, slightly irritated by the false advertising but nothing to lose any sleep over. I ordered a Vegan Whopper from Hungry Jack’s but was given a regular beef Whopper instead. I know for a fact this wasn’t the vegan version the patty was brown (the vegan one is usually greenish) and it didn’t even come with cheese, which the vegan option normally does. Unfortunately, I didn’t realise until I got home, and I live quite a distance from Garden City, so I couldn’t go back. Whenever I order a creamy pepper tender chicken snack wrap from any other location it looks exactly like the picture. However when I order from Garden City, it literally looks like a dog’s breakfast. It has no more than five strands of lettuce and not even a teaspoon of sauce.

So today I had the courage to mention it to the staff and their response was “sorry we’re just trying to keep up with the orders” This is a pathetic excuse and it happens every time my work colleagues and I order anything from the store.
