I have been going to Luv a Coffee, Buranda, for over 3 years, with my daughter, granddaughter and other friends. We love the coffee, the cakes, the meals and the wonderful service. I am 76, and last week I lost my phone, fairly sure that I left it at Luv a Coffee. However, they had shut by the time I realised the phone was missing. I was very worried and angry at myself. While I was waiting outside Luv a Coffee at 6:55 am the next morning, a staff member came out with my phone and asked, "Are you looking for this?" He made me very happy! What wonderful service! My bank account and treasured photos were safe. He had also saved me a lot of money and, at 76, the unwelcome effort of buying another phone. The warmth and care of the Luv a Coffee, Buranda, staff is very much...

First time visit to this coffee shop. Very smart, fresh and modern looking shop located inside the Buranda shopping village just off Ipswich Road, Brisbane. Has great selection of meals on the menu and in addition, have a great selection of quality cakes and pastries near the counter and at very reasonable prices. Take away is also available here. The staff here were very friendly, professional and happy to help, giving a great sit down atmosphere. Service was excellent and very quick. Access to the shop is excellent with the shopping village having a large open carpark. Public toilets are not available in store, however are as part of the shopping village. A great little coffe shop i recommend if you are passing by like myself, or if visiting Buranda shopping...

With time to kill at the nearby hospital I decided to pop into a local cafe and get breakfast. Expectations were low, it doesn't look remarkable, but the pre-9am queue should have given it away... It's fair to say I'm fussy about my bacon and eggs on toast. It's so easy to stuff the fried eggs, undercook the bacon and use cheap bread. But this place just nailed it, and so I'm extremely happy that my $20 just got me something I'd pay $30 for in fancy cafe. Sourdough toast actually was, and had crunchy crusts with buttered bread, the bacon was well cooked but not nuked. And the fried eggs were just firm. Coffee was good, if I were being critical I'd say a bit hot, but really I'm splitting hairs on a fantastic breakfast. If you're in the area it's a fantastic way to...

Visited this cafe twice in the last 2 Sunday before going to Target and Woolies. The first Sunday I ordered their Egg Benny with ham, and I was a bit disappointed with the portion, and "too standardised", nothing to say about. the last Sunday I ordered their Breakfast Bruschetta...that was a WOW! Poached eggs were a bit over cooked, but the bacon, mushroom, cheese, feta & the rest of the stuff were very well mixed, and in good portion - every mouth was filled with a varieties of taste and texture. It was GOOD! The coffee was always nice, very well made. Service was great and friendly. The foods are value for money. People come and go, quite a busy cafe. Simple, clean, and friendly neighbourhood cafe as it should be, hopefully will be.

Happened to be in the area and this cafe was still open until 4pm, so decided to give it a go while I was there. Ordered a decaf piccolo, and it came out incredibly cheap at $3.5, it seems like they gave decaf at no extra cost which was very nice. Coffee came quick and I sat down to have a drink, and it was incredibly delicious! Such strong flavour, it was very enjoyable. Very impressed, it is rare to find a cafe that brews good decaf. Props to the barista, will come back if I’m in the area!
