Origin Kebabs Buranda — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I found a huge uncooked chicken doner (looks cooked on the photo but it was not!) placed in the oven to be roastered while cooked sliced chicken was kept in the container right under the chicken doner, where water from raw meat dripped onto the container. They placed a couple of kitchen towels on the lid of the container, but the amount of water was too much to be cleaned away. When serving, the staff opened the lid and took cooked meat to make kebabs, but I saw the water from completely soaked kitchen towel was dripping into the container. I believe it is absolutely hazardous as raw meat water contains harmful bacteria such as salmonella. I told the owner, but he ignored my concern. I won't be surprised even if there are people with food poisoning (I just saw a 6month-ago-review from Mia that she had food positioning!!!! They haven't improved) The gloves were not changed when handling food directly after touching a pen, EFTPOS machine, and money. I was only 3 min late for pickup time and female staff waited for the male guy to come and he stated judging me for being late, telling me as soon as the food is ready I was supposed to be here to pick it up. Wth is that even, other times I waited there for 15-20 min just because you were busy to prepare the order and I didn’t say a word and you r judging me to be late for 3 min ? The lady, she was really friendly and she upheld a good customer service. What I was upset about was the quality of the food. I ordered a chicken rice pack and it looks way better than it taste. Chicken was dry, took me 30-45mins just to eat the layer of chicken. The layer of cheese was missing, but what upsets me the most is the rice.
