The restaurant offers a Chinese-Western fusion selection. We tried the roast duck, duck soup, deep-fried prawn balls and some stir-fried vegetables. I enjoyed the soup and the prawns but felt the portions were generally quite small and the price was on the high-end for a Chinese restaurant. The duck was well presented and the soup was quite good. The vibe I received from the restaurant is that they were attempting to run it like a fine dining restaurant. The restaurant itself was clean and the staff were generally friendly despite the restaurant being quite busy when we arrived. We were told that we only had 1.5 hours to dine in as the table was booked afterwards. We managed to finish within the time-frame but found that there were many empty tables around us by the time we finished, and no new customers waiting. The entrance was concealed with closed wooden doors. If it wasn't for a sign on their large wooden doors saying that they were opened, I would have thought the restaurant was closed. There is a large carpark to the back and underneath the restaurant. The carpark entrance is located to the left of the restaurant but once again, it is quite easy to miss. If you are looking to try something a bit different to the standard Chinese restaurant, this is a place to go however be prepared to order more dishes than you would usually order though and at a higher price than normal.

Big let down. This is in the same group as the worse honey chicken I've ever had. Not fresh the batter tasted old. The chicken was dry and worst of all the honey part was so watered down it barely tasted sweet. To top it all off there was about a teaspoon of this weak watery syrup on the bottom of the container. They didn't coat the chicken with it at all. They don't seem to have a small side dish of veggies that most Asian places have which was a bit of a bummer but they tried to accommodate so I appreciate that but $10 for a tub of hacked up cucumber with minced garlic and oil is ridiculous. The rice was bland and dry. Even for rice... Almost inedible. And due to the extreme lack of honey sauce couldn't even eat it. This is not worth the $24 I paid for this.

The food was pretty good. But it was very slow coming out. We were a large group, there for lunch, and I believe the only people in there. We preordered entrees and mains and yet it was so staggered that the first dish was cold by the time the next came out. Food was good when we did get it. Unusual dish was the tempura prawns with drizzled chocolate sauce. Repeatedly had to ask for water. Banquet style table, with a massive lazy Susan on the table, yet we had to ask for spoons to dish up the plates. But the food really was good. Pretty on the plate, and wonderfully flavoured.

I would have given Maple Fusion Milton NO star if Google let me, as I am furious. This restaurant ruined my Chinese New Year eve. I pre-ordered an expensive Chinese New Year banquet the day before New Year's eve via Easi (a delivery platform specialising in Asian food delivery). My family were all very excited waiting for our special banquet, but 1.5 hours after the scheduled delivery time, the food was still not prepared. I called the restaurant 3 times and no one answered. I called Easi and they even sent the driver there but there was no food to be picked up, the driver couldn't wait and had to leave. 2 hours later I called Easi again and they finally agreed to cancel my order. It was late and we had to get KFC instead (at least they delivered). HOWEVER nothing compensates the extreme disappointment this place caused me and my family on a special meaningful day...
