We stumbled upon this incredible cocktail bar on Saturday, and I was absolutely blown away by the menu and the bold, unforgettable flavours. The cocktail list is extensive—a true playground for any cocktail lover.

From now on, NOK NOK is my go-to spot for cocktails in the Valley. I’m so over the usual run-of-the-mill drinks, and if you’re someone who enjoys pushing the boundaries of flavour, you need to meet Josh. He’s not just a bartender—he’s an artist. His passion is obvious, especially when you learn that he makes ingredients from scratch. That kind of dedication is rare and deeply admirable.

I told Josh about my flavour preferences, and he crafted a Tom Yum cocktail just for me. No joke—it smelled exactly like Tom Yum soup. The chilli hit, the depth of flavour, the balance—it was absolutely spot on. One sip and I was hooked.

We also tried a cocktail called Halcyon, and that one was just as impressive in a completely different way. Elegant, layered, and memorable.

The entire team was lovely. Huge shoutout to Josh, Marina, and Jake—you three are an awesome crew, and your energy adds so much to the experience.

If you’re a fan of adventurous cocktails, you’ve got to check this place out. And even if you lean toward the classics, they’ve got those too—but I dare you to try something from the special cocktail menu. You won’t regret it.
