Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brisbane City

THE WORST PIZZA AROUND. I like simple pizza, so I ordered a 'simply cheese'. I called up to make sure nothing had garlic or onion, as I have allergies. I mentioned my order was done through UBER eats and this employee just went on about "don't use uber eats, we lose 30% of sales". I was speechless, I couldn't believe his unprofessional behavior. But in saying that, I've had a few run ins with their rude and abusive staff, but this is the last time. Anyway, my pizza arrived and to no suprise, my cheese pizza was more bread than cheese. It was the most revolting pizza I have ever had, i through it out and ordered from Dominos.

I would normally call up and complain but after last time, it just wasn't worth the disrespect. Last time I ordered a cheese pizza from the same store, they added onion to it, I'm allergic to onion btw. I went in and mentioned it to their so called manager and she just stared at me, no apology, no offer to fix it, nothing, except an 'I don't care attitude and a dopy stare.

I remember the days, when i was a young boy in the 90's when Pizza Hut was the best pizza around and it was the place you wanted to go for your birthday and every weekend and now look at them...

I will never go back to this poorly run establishment and I would not recomend anyone else does. Shut down already, im sure you're close to it. They'll never out do DOMINO'S with the...

Loyal pizza hut fan since I can't remember when at least a decade, my most treasured menu item being Seasoned Wings with heaps of Ranch Dips hell I even dip my pizza in it! I received my order with absolutely no Ranch and paid for 3 even requested extra if possible in my order notes, franchisee/ employee accused the MenuLog driver of theft and would not offer any further help, couldn't get off the phone quicker. absolute putrid customer service and in general care factor. there is no way I could ever either fathom or begin to think the MenuLog driver stole Ranch sauce dips. WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN! to the pizza hut simpleton that took my call, if your reading this go get a manual labour job you have no people skills or common...

Was looking forward to a delicious pizza. I ordered creamy garlic prawn pizza and other meals here, but the creamy garlic prawn pizza was so disappointing and disgusting that I couldn't even finish one bite and spit it out. The prawn is not fresh at all, I don't believe my palate is trying the second one, but the answer I get is still the same, I just feel like throwing up when I smell it, when I call the store, they say it's a frozen pack, every day Thaw, there will be no problem. But the method and temperature and even time used for the thawing process can affect it, especially for seafood. The staff didn't want to spend more time trying to find out why it's not fresh for me . I am very disappointed not to get a full response...
