Subway — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I have generally had decent experiences with this store but once in a while something ridiculous happens. Like today I got a 6 cookie box and just told the worker which flavours I wanted, and wasn’t paying attention(assuming she’d just put the correct cookies). When I came home I saw 2 of the cookies were obviously damaged, and just cause I wasn’t paying attention to the order they basically laid of their damaged products on me. I refuse to believe she didn’t know what she was doing, the cookies were clearly chipped(probably got cut off during preparation). Service very bad!!!!! Every time I visit, the service is ridiculously slow. It feels like every order is treated with the urgency of a snail's pace. I’ve had to wait an absurd amount of time just to get a basic sandwich. it’s infuriating!!!! What’s even worse is the complete lack of the staff. I came in one night and I was going to get a cookie but there weren't really many options so I thought why not come back in the morning. So I did too see the same cookies again. Isnt that a bit gross to serve stale cookies to customers when they should have been baked fresh? I thought Subway's motto was 'eat fresh' and one day my husband literally witnessed the same thing.
