First time ordering from the place from Uber eat. Ordered Quang noodle and rice paper rolls

Rice paper rolls are good. But Quang noodle is a total disappointment. I’m not even sure why the chef thinks it’s Quang noodle. It’s more like some made up noodle. I’m Vietnamese and my father is from the town the noodle is from so I have a very good idea what the expectation is. I was exciting for my lunch but turned out to be a disaster…not Quang noodle was use. It was some sticky white noodle that all stuck to each other. Not Quang’s broth… i don’t think just because you put some pork and quail eggs in there you can call it’s Quang noodle. Misleading to customers…will not order from this place again. Good: -Hidden gem! It is located a little distance from the clouded Milton restaurant area, so no hustle to find a seat and fast serving. -Daily baked bread for Bah mi: so moist inside and crunchy outside. -So well done source for dim sum. -Great food at a very affordable price including drinks.

Little gem, currently only known to a few lucky locals. This place is laid back, inexpensive and has delicious food! My photo of my Bahn mi doesn't actually do it justice (it's only half because I had already eaten the other half because it's delicious). A very easy walk from Milton station or park road and a great alternative to other venues on the strip.

Try the pho or the Bahn Mi - both excellent and delicious choices....
