Michael fixed an ongoing problem occurring for 6 years in the bathroom (from the time I bought this brand new unit). It was a really bad smell coming every time someone used the shower. It also came randomly during the day and at night. I was having all sorts of issues with my tenants for this situation. During the last 6 years I paid at least 4 plumbers, the builder also came several times with his team of plumbers and NONE of them could come up with a solution. I had to open a case with QBCC and they didn’t help either. All of these entities said that everything was perfect; the pipework, installation, they couldn’t find any problem. So WHY IS THE SMELL???? Were all my tenants and I crazy? It was obvious that there was a problem but the plumbers just said that we had to clean the drains every week…. We were expending large amounts in buying drain-cleaning products, applying them every week and nothing! Had to bring the rent down…I was in despair! What I was supposed to do with my property?. Michael was my last hope. And he did a brilliant job!!! He suspected that the rubber seal behind the toilet was starting to wear off. We had an issue before lunch on Christmas Eve and these guys came to our rescue. Michael sent two gents out to fix our problem. Both men were very professional and a real credit to the business. Each of them introduced themselves as I meet them, asked if I wanted them to remove their boots before entering the house. They explained what they found, and what they were going to do at each step giving my wife and I great confidence that the job was being resolved right the first time. A special mention to the young apprentice as he showed professionalism beyond his age.

After the work was complete and they left, my wife commented that "she would be very comfortable having the two gents work in our home if she was at home on her own".
