We have enjoyed going to this restaurant and the food is good. However we went this week and so many things went wrong and the staff took absolutely no accountability .

We ordered one item to share as my husband had already eaten elsewhere . He asked for a spare plate so he could share.

The served two plates of the same dish. We said we had not ordered that but the owner insisted so my husband generously said he would take that second plate as takeaway .

Turn our friends suddenly were served a plate of fried rice. They had not ordered it . They were confused but after having waited over forty minutes they kept quiet and started eating it . They wondered if the fried rice was the stir fry they had ordered as both had pork.

My husband decided to check his bank statement and saw that for the one dish , now two, he had been charged $60 over dollars. When challenged again staff insisted he had ordered fried rice . There is no way he would have ordered that. No matter how hard we tried to say the mistake was not ours, the lady insisted it was . She said sorry sorry a few times but wouldn’t reimburse.

Now fried rice isn’t expensive for a restaurant to make. For the sake of around two dollars worth of food, they have lost our respect and our custom.

In any decent customer friendly restaurant they would have apologised and returned our money. These nice friendly people need a lesson on customer service . The whole thing left us reeling for a few hours.

For anyone who loves a bowl of pho this place a great little find. Located on Kent street in Busselton. I ordered pho to take away and I was expecting the typical pho with everything thrown in a container and ready to eat.

I had a totally authentic experience and loved how much love and care they have put in my pho. When you ordered a pho to take away. Everything is place in individual containers to ensure you have a perfect pho. Yes, it comes with raw thinly sliced beef which you place on top of your noodles and you pour your hot beef stock over it. This cooks the beef.

Don't worry, It comes with a little note with step by step instructions on how to enjoy your pho in the most authentic vietnamese way! If your dining in it's definitely prepared the same way you ordered but by the chef himself!

Waited 1 hour 15 minutes for our meals. Table next door had 45 minutes between first and last dish. I'd finished my meal before my wife and daughter got their meals. Steamed rice had gone cold by now. I could see the kitchen furiously making meals, but most were for take away and phone orders, diners had to wait. Watched numerous plates going to wrong tables being served by a little girl about 10 years old, then getting berated by the boy about 16 taking the orders for getting them wrong.
