Burger Bones — Restaurant in Western Australia

I have Autism and other disabilities and struggle to try new food, my friends have nonstop praised the place so I got the courage to try the food, I was very nervous going in (as my disabilities aren't immediately obvious when looking or talking to me) and went up to the counter to have a look at the menu, the staff member who served me was amazing, it's so common for me to be rushed or brushed aside or told things like I'm too picky for an adult/grow up. the staff member not only took the time to ask me what I like but then narrowed down my options for me to two burgers based on what I said I liked and didn't like and reassured me that they can remove any item from a burger, which made the experience less overwhelming straight away. I appreciate the staff letting me take my time and being so patient. When I got home to try the food I was amazed, usually trying food doesn't go well for me but the positive experience made it a lot easier to try and the food is delicious, I have a very limited number of foods that I would eat again, and I would 100% go back to Burger Bones, I tried the Vege Ghetto Burger and Hot Tato tots and recommend both if you like spicy. Overall, Burger Bones has made me very appreciative this afternoon as positive experiences are not common for me when it comes to eating out and the staff are so lovely and the only thing I regret is not getting the lovely staff...

you'll never go back to maccas or HJ ever again. the burgers are made with fresh ingredients which you can really taste. the salad in the yellow burger is so refreshing, and I'm not a mustard fan by any means but the house made honey mustard Mayo is spectacular. so juicy, so filling, and so tasty. I recently tried the winter special truffle burger and oh my goodness! if you're a fan of mushrooms you will fall in love with this burger. as for sides, the chips and tots are both incredible, with house made seasoning making them the cream of the crop (I love to mix them together, give it a go!). the mozzarella sticks are perfectly crispy on the outside and cheesy goodness on the inside. there's plenty of drinks to choose from, my recommendations being the megsy ginger bear or beer farm cider for alcoholic, or the gauva or mango jarritos for fizzy. amazing customer service with staff who are always willing to have a chat and laugh, and plenty of space inside or outside for either a solo date or a whole family outing. 100% recommend going in if you've never...

I ordered the dirt box and my partner ordered the yellow burger with a veggie patty instead of the beef patty and the spicy tater totts. We were both blown away about how great these burgers were. The patty of the dirt box burger was very juicy, and the freshness and spiciness of the burger was perfect balanced, didn’t feel too greasy (despite the name). The veggie patty was amazing, my partner says it’s the best she’s ever had! Both buns were super fresh and soft, and not oily or buttery. The tater totts were soft and the sauces they added were the perfect amount of spicy and saucy. The chef came and spoke to us after the meal and told us all about how they made the burgers. He was super friendly and told us that all they want to do is make an tasty burger with fresh ingredients, which they absolutely nailed.
