Tasty takeaway from Slice Pizzeria 🍕

We called Slice Pizzeria in Byron Bay for a takeaway order, and they didn’t disappoint! The staff were super helpful over the phone, and the pizza was ready right on time when we arrived.

We took it back to our villa to enjoy, and as you can see from the photo — it looked amazing and tasted even better. We got a half-and-half pizza, with one side loaded with mushrooms, herbs, and cheese, and the other with BBQ chicken and that perfect hint of smokiness. The crust was crisp and nicely charred, just how a proper wood-fired pizza should be.

Great-Tasting Pizzas with Plenty of Vegetarian Options

We tried three different vegetarian pizzas, and all were delicious. It’s rare to find such a wide variety of vegetarian options at a pizza shop, especially compared to what we usually see in Sydney. The garlic bread from the restaurant is a must try. The prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes.

A word of caution if you’re ordering a family-size pizza—the slices are quite large, and the toppings tend to fall off. Unless you enjoy rolling up your slice to eat it, you might find a smaller size more manageable.

We went to get a couple of slices of pizzas for my girls and ended up getting their giant Margherita instead as the value deal.

Took 20mins, got a wrong order with pepperoni which they recognised when giving it to us. But we’re super gracious about giving it to us IF we accepted. We don’t eat pepperoni so had to decline the offer and instead got or Margherita in 5mins as promised.
