Always enjoyed eating here. I think they have one of the best white rice in the Carousel food court, even better than some of the restaurants. The teriyaki chicken is my favorite, katsu chicken is good too. They have a wide range of sauce, in which the sour brown sauce, although not knowing what it is, is so good! Tried the teriyaki beef today however the beef was very difficult to chew. Overall the $6 special is a great bargain.

Great food, great service with a smile, so close to the undercover carpark entrance. Stopped by with no expectation, was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with the food and service, will be back for sure!

I love the food here. Its very affordable and ready to eat. However, I didn’t like the way one of the servers told an elderly couple to leave, i get that the area in front are for hana musubi customers but, its not even busy and lots of tables are empty and also most of the time the people eating on this area aren’t really hana musubi customers and the fact that she just told the ELDERLY couple to leave just because they bought food from somewhere else. Like come one they are both old and of course its hard for them to walk all the way to the food court. Just let them be! So...

I don't like giving out bad reviews and give everyone the benefit of the doubt most of my reviews are 5 stars but have purchased food here 3 times and on all occasions it's not been great. First time I got something spicy as I like spicy food but the way it was made spicy was drowning it in some sort of hot/chipotle sauce which didn't taste nice. Second and third time I went here I got regular and it just felt like everything was dry, old and had a huge clump of mayonnaise. Don't think I'll...

Chicken katsu on hokkien noodles was delicious but cold. Takoyaki salty and tasty but stone cold after a couple of minutes of buying. This food came from a heated food cabinet and would be lucky to be 30 degrees. Such a shame. Tables and seats in the mall area were all disgusting. Food scraps and empty containers on table and seats. Lucky they had a box of tissues so we could clean before sitting down to eat. I doubt this outlet would pass the health test. I...
