Absolutely tragic

Arrived more than 20 minutes late Notified us it arrived before it did so I had to wander around looking for it When it arrived the delivery driver didn't even drive up the driveway so I had to walk down to his car and get the pizza passed to me through a car window Missed out on our two garlic bread so I had to stand in the dirt and ants for several minutes holding the pizzas while he called the store

Getting to the actual food The "Epic" pepperoni pizza I got, which was advertised as being so much that it completely covered the pizza, had an almost pitiful amount The "large" chips we got was literally smaller than my hand The chips were also extremely stale tasting and had no discernible salt or seasoning The pizzas were also far from hot

Worst Experience Ever!!

The wait for our pizza was over an hour, which was unacceptable. But what was even worse was the quality of the food - our pizza was doughy and tasteless.However, the biggest letdown was the customer service. Not one, not two, but numerous customers, including ourselves, had to ask for a refund due to the poor service.The Management seemed completely unbothered by the chaos and dissatisfaction around them.The lack of concern for customer satisfaction makes me hesitant to recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely worst experience. I ordered a pizza and a side through their app for pickup, and the estimated time came and went—with no food in sight. I ended up waiting over 40 minutes past the time they gave me, and the app even said I had already collected my order, which I hadn’t. I paid by card but was handed a cash refund without any proper explanation.
