Not good, poor communication, I intentionally mentioned to the girl that I don’t like my long black with Single Origin and I also don’t like the temperature to be 77 degrees or 80 degrees. I want my coffee with a blend and hot. Guess what! I got a single o that was cold! I took the coffee back, I said to them I definitely communicated that with you! The girl just looked at me, barista took over and suggested that he’ll be happy to make another one! When they brought the second which was a nice coffee, the girl said sorry about the mixed up! It was not a mixed up situation, please understand that your team mate didn’t listen to the customer, she didn’t communicate, hopefully the owner will consider this as part of customer service quality and satisfaction. God bless

What an amazing spot! Palate & Ply is a really cool mix between Cafe & Roastery, with different areas inside and out depending on the purpose of your visit. The coffee was great, and clearly a highlight of the spot. The food was of exceptional quality. It was expensive, and the cost wasn't reflected in the aesthetics, but one bite and it became obvious what you'd paid for. Highchairs were available and there was plenty of on street parking nearby.

Disappointed. Food was okay but after spending $20 on eggs on toast with mushies (very small handful) I asked for a "little" Vegemite to put on the spare bit of toast. Got charged $1.20 for waaay toooo much Vegemite which was never going to be used. I understand that times are tough but it was ridiculous. I made sure I brought the leftover vegemite home as it would otherwise have just been wasted. Not the best customer service.

Artisi outshines any other cafe in Coffs Harbour with ease...

The cafe is decked out with vintage furniture which gives it a feeling of being at home.

The coffee is made by some of Coffs Harbours master/mistress baristas - so if you are a coffee snob like me, you will never be disappointed and served a coffee that tastes like dishwater. Let's face it, coffee making is definitely an art form and the baristas' of Artisi have it down pat.

The meals are made by some of Coffs Harbours 5 star chefs and you will feel the love they put into it with every mouthful.

The waiting staff are very professional, well presented and have a knack of making you feel welcome and comfortable. They always make me smile.

Artisi is child-friendly with colouring benches available for the kiddies.

To put it simply, Artisi is my hide-away when I need to get away from the hustle and bustle of shopping, and The Artisi Crew feel...

Great atmosphere. Unfortunately this was let down by mediocre food and a confused kitchen. About 30 minutes between first meal arriving at the table and the last one. Orders were mixed up and taken to wrong tables. Paid for a bruschetta with bacon and got one without bacon and a hard poached egg. Yuck. Coffee was mediocre at best. We tried a flat white and a single origin espresso (a low grade Brazil) and their Nitro. Nitro was ok, unfortunately not ok enough to outweigh the rest of the experience. Servers were friendly and kind though and like I said - atmosphere is great. The place has a great coffee shop vibe and cute quirks like a water tap that comes out of a plumed in portafilter. Maybe a more organized chef and a little better coffee and this place would be fantastic. Looks like others have had better experiences than we did, but figured this review might help balance your...

Nice coffee great ambience good service but the breakfast we both had was cold, sourdough toast was burnt and crispy, couldn’t order a hash brown as they don’t have them they don’t have worcestshire sauce as a condiment. Food I would rate as below average and not value for money bacon (one rasher and two fried eggs on burnt crispy bread $16.90) my suggestion would be try somewhere else.my wife had avocado and poached Eggs her egg was more like a boiled egg and she rated it 4/10. One consolation it broke our trip from Brisbane to Newcastle. However we would not go here again.

Thank you for your reply to our review.

We asked for worcestshire sauce told none available, the toast was burnt cold and crispy and yes we got the right place as we followed google review and google maps to your front door. And yes our review is 100% accurate. I do appreciate your time to...
