Artisi outshines any other cafe in Coffs Harbour with ease...
The cafe is decked out with vintage furniture which gives it a feeling of being at home.
The coffee is made by some of Coffs Harbours master/mistress baristas - so if you are a coffee snob like me, you will never be disappointed and served a coffee that tastes like dishwater. Let's face it, coffee making is definitely an art form and the baristas' of Artisi have it down pat.
The meals are made by some of Coffs Harbours 5 star chefs and you will feel the love they put into it with every mouthful.
The waiting staff are very professional, well presented and have a knack of making you feel welcome and comfortable. They always make me smile.
Artisi is child-friendly with colouring benches available for the kiddies.
To put it simply, Artisi is my hide-away when I need to get away from the hustle and bustle of shopping, and The Artisi Crew feel...
Read moreGreat atmosphere. Unfortunately this was let down by mediocre food and a confused kitchen. About 30 minutes between first meal arriving at the table and the last one. Orders were mixed up and taken to wrong tables. Paid for a bruschetta with bacon and got one without bacon and a hard poached egg. Yuck. Coffee was mediocre at best. We tried a flat white and a single origin espresso (a low grade Brazil) and their Nitro. Nitro was ok, unfortunately not ok enough to outweigh the rest of the experience. Servers were friendly and kind though and like I said - atmosphere is great. The place has a great coffee shop vibe and cute quirks like a water tap that comes out of a plumed in portafilter. Maybe a more organized chef and a little better coffee and this place would be fantastic. Looks like others have had better experiences than we did, but figured this review might help balance your...
Read moreNice coffee great ambience good service but the breakfast we both had was cold, sourdough toast was burnt and crispy, couldn’t order a hash brown as they don’t have them they don’t have worcestshire sauce as a condiment. Food I would rate as below average and not value for money bacon (one rasher and two fried eggs on burnt crispy bread $16.90) my suggestion would be try somewhere else.my wife had avocado and poached Eggs her egg was more like a boiled egg and she rated it 4/10. One consolation it broke our trip from Brisbane to Newcastle. However we would not go here again.
