Until recently I would have rated this business 5 stars however a recent incident has left my wife and I not wanting to come back ever again. This week we went in, table for 2, as we often do. As the manager was seating us she exclaimed loudly in front of the other patrons. “Make sure you pay this time, last time you left without paying” and rudely slapped the menus down on the table. Luckily as I need my receipts for work I was able to produce the receipt from our last visit about a month prior and quickly showed the manager we had indeed paid but it seems her staff had wrongly charged us for another table. The receipt I had was not what we ordered and we seem to have paid for more than we should have. I should have checked before paying but I trusted they had it right on the day. Clearly flustered the manager fumbled through her notebook mumbling, I thought you didn’t pay, “I didn’t think my staff could have made the mistake” then said “well you sit down and we will take your order” At that point I told her we would be leaving and not coming back as she had embarrassed us in front of the other patrons. It has left us wondering if she is willing to speak to her regular customers this way, how do the staff get treated. The food here is good, the time waiting and prices has always been good in the past. If you do eat here, just check your bill before you pay, hopefully you will be treated better...

And the Australian lady that seemed to be manager was easily the rudest waitress/restaurant manager we have ever come across... Im not gonna go into detail about the food, but trust me it was tasteless, slimy and extremely unpleasant. After 5 minutes of it being served, we sat there looking at each other in disbelief and talking about if we should pay, when a waitress came up and asked if we wanted takeaway containers...🤣 I said "we're actually deciding if we want to pay for any of it" and she said she'd get the manager. "So what's wrong with it" was all she said. I told her I didn't want to make a fuss in front of other customers, and told her I would pay for the drinks and the fried rice, but not the pork and chicken dishes, as they are inedible. She said "you've eaten half of it..." When we'd simply tried one peace of each. She seemed to want an argument, but again, I said I didn't want to make a fuss in front of the customers... She went off and started serving others... The family at the next table looked at our food and asked what we ordered... We was just about to get up and walk out when a lovely Chinese lady came from the kitchen and asked what was wrong... we told her, and she straight away apologised and took the meals off of our bill... Such a shame about her food...
