Domino's Pizza Belconnen — Restaurant in District of Belconnen

Absolutely the worst dominos I have ever been to and 'Chad' the owner of the franchise is the one to blame for that. I have repeatedly been given the wrong pizza over and over again, all I want is to receive the pizza I have paid for. After talking to the workers, managers and supervisors i didnt receive any sort of resolve for this issue so i was put through to the franchise owner 'Chad Cable' and discussed the issue, he insinuated that I was a liar and that if I don't like his pizzas I should just stop ordering from them. I offered to show my order receipt and photos of the pizza i received for proof and he told me he did not want to see them. But that is completely beside the point? You can't just tell a customer to 'go somewhere else' fix your god damn problems! Don't run away from them. This is actually the worst dominos and I'm sure if 'Chad' owns any other franchises they'd be just as bad. He doesn't know how to run a company he just insults you and makes you feel like it's your fault if they stuff up your order. I have never come across a guy like 'Chad', he is so immature and does not have any care for his customers. He stated that he 'has had a record breaking week and that he has many trophies for his pizzas' so losing me as a customer was not a big deal. Well you know where to stick those trophies, don't you 'Chad'. So...

The one and only good thing about this Domino's is the drivers are nice. They always greet me with a smile and are patient and kind. They should get a raise. ☺ Thank you Drivers.

Domino's is the worst food I have ordered from anywhere. They are very stingy with toppings and then do too much sauce. No cheese on pizza. Out of all the times I have ordered there have maybe been once or twice when the order has been correct. I have had to ring up so many times I know the phone number off by heart. I have not been able to enjoy domino's without drama. They don't seem to care what they do so of course the food isn't going to be good. They don't seem to look at what the customer has actually ordered. The 'picture' pizza is not worth anything even when it does work. That is pointless. Only when it is in front of the customer will they be able to tell if the food is good or not. Most times the pizzas have been under cooked as well. I will not order ever again and I recommend going somewhere if you want good food...

New review 28/12/24 Last night I ordered pizza. But what waiting for the pizza to be delivered, an emergency came up. Dominos tried to deliver our pizza and tried calling us, but I busy with said emergency. When I was able to call them back, which was over an hour later, Dominos were very understanding and even offered to still deliver our pizzas. To say I'm grateful for their professionalism and understanding would be an understatement. They went above and beyond without us having to even ask. This is customer service today you rarely at anymore. Thank you, Belconnen Dominos. Forever grateful. And the food was sooooo delicious.

Older review.... Hot, fresh, and yummy. My order was altered just like I asked, and I got exactly what I wanted. Not a huge fan of pizza chain stores, but this Domino's is actually very good!
