Mr & Mrs Crepe — Restaurant in District of Belconnen

I have been a customer of this location for many years and have never until today had a bad experience. I ordered 3 pancakes with ice cream and cream with a coffee in a takeaway cup. When the food arrived it looked lovely and the gentle who delivered it was polite and friendly. There was no cream only a small scoop of ice cream. He went to check and came back and said I hadn't paid for cream. I approached a man who must of been the manager told him how much I paid he found the receipt. He said I only paid for simple. I advised I ordered cream and ice cream. At this point the female who served me stated you ordered simple I stated no. From then on I was treated very rudly told I was rude referred to continusly as mam. I returned my food Un eaten to the counter. When I was about to leave the insults continued the female then tried to take my coffee. RUDE. The easiest way forward would of been I'm really sorry about that I thought you wanted simple it will just be an extra$$$. But NO they had to humiliate and belittle me. Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been here as a regular customer for a while because it’s near my house. The food was ok but this morning when I took my girlfriend there for breakfast, I was really upset and disappointed about this cafe. Firstly the girl at the counter didnt even greet and look at me when I approached her to make the order. Next, I later asked for just a take-away coffee cup to take the leftover coffee home, the woman (who got the pink hair) became upset and yelled at me ‘we are busy...’ and ignored me. Not done yet, my girlfriend forgot her hat on the chair after we left, a few minutes later I came back and asked the girl at the counter if she saw any hat that had been forgotten at my table and she replied ‘No, sorry’ but when my gf came back in the afternoon to find her hat and she found it inside the cafe. We ordered our food from the person at the counter. He asked us 3 times what type of coffee and 3 times we told him iced lattes. We were still confused whwn he asked if we want it in mugs so we confirmed with him again that we want iced coffees. He assured us that we were getting iced coffees. The coffee arrived about 30 minutes later as normal lattes in mugs. When we asked to get the correct order he asked us to pay again as he had it as normal lattes. He also had 2 out of our 4 food orders wrong (these were simple menu orders, not anything special). I don't mind any of the mistakes that were made. People make mistakes all the time. He did not own his mistake or apologise and both other staff members that served us apologised when they were not at fault.
