Pros: Staff were quite friendly Venue was clean and looked really nice Our orders were taken and food served quickly which was awesome The Nutella frappe was delicious!

Cons: All of the food was average to below average at best.

There were 4 of us and between us we ordered a Garlic Cheese Pizza for entree, a BBQ Meat Pizza, A beef burger and 2 chicken schnitzel dishes.

The garlic pizza was quite greasy but had no flavour! The flat bread pizza base is horrendous, it has no flavour and literally feels like you're biting into cardboard. I've had bases elsewhere that utilize thin style bases but they're usually really crispy at the very least, was a massive let down.

The meat pizza toppings were OK flavour wise but the steak pieces (which are strips) were overcooked and again the pizza base just completely ruined the rest of it.

The burger was apparently an all around disaster (i did not eat it personally) but my mate was really let down by it, he commented that the bun was kinda stale and that the meat was really dry and flavourless with large chunks of onion through it. He also commented that the chips were only just warmish like they'd been sitting out for a bit before being served to us.

The two schnitzel people had the same thoughts on the chips (there were quite a few chips left over which normally doesn't happen with this crew) and commented that the size of the schnitzel left a bit to be desired and the sauce was average for both (one had mushroom, one had diane from memory).

Just all in all a massive let down. All concluded that we wouldn't be back. Also the lack of bacon anywhere is quite interesting to find especially when they plaster "AUSSIE FAMILY FAVOURITES" all over their website.. sorry guys but Aussies LOVE BACON!

I would suggest changing the pizza bases and doing something about the general lack of flavour across at least all the dishes that we tried. It all looks fantastic on the menu but once served it was just very average,...

Disappointed with Rashays, but Found a Hidden Gem Instead!

I visited Rashays this morning around 9:30 am with the hope of enjoying a delicious breakfast. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon arriving, I found no staff members present at the counter. Despite waiting patiently for someone to take my order, I was met with silence and no assistance.

It was disheartening to see the lack of attention given to customers during what should have been a busy morning rush. This complete absence of service prompted my party and me to make the decision to leave and find an alternative dining option.

To our surprise, this turn of events ended up being a blessing in disguise. As we explored the nearby area, we stumbled upon a delightful new place to dine. Not only did this new establishment have attentive and friendly staff, but their menu offered a wide range of delectable options that perfectly satisfied our breakfast cravings. It was a pleasant discovery that completely made up for the disappointing experience at Rashays.

I can confidently say that our spontaneous change of plans led us to a hidden gem that surpassed our expectations. Sometimes, an unexpected detour can lead to delightful surprises, and this was certainly the case for us today.

I hope that Rashays can address the issues with their customer service and improve the overall dining experience for future visitors. Until then, I wholeheartedly recommend giving the newly discovered eatery nearby a try. You may find yourself pleasantly surprised, just as we were!
