This spot is an absolute gem for anyone who loves bold and comforting Chinese dishes. Here’s what I tried:
Biang Biang Noodles with Minced Beef and Egg in Tomato Sauce (bottom left) These noodles were the star of the meal! The thick, hand-pulled noodles were perfectly chewy and had that homemade, rustic feel. The tomato sauce was rich and savoury, with just a hint of tanginess that balanced the dish beautifully. The minced beef and egg made it hearty and satisfying—seriously, it’s the kind of dish that feels like a warm hug.
Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (top right) If you like spice, this soup is for you. The broth is deep and flavorful, with a nice kick of heat that builds with every bite. The beef chunks were so tender they practically fell apart, and the bok choy added a fresh crunch that balanced the richness. It’s the perfect choice if you’re in the mood for something bold and warm.
Tripe (top left) This one’s for adventurous eaters! The tripe was thinly sliced and soaked in a spicy, tangy sauce. The texture was chewy but tender, and the seasoning was spot-on, with just the right amount of heat and flavour. It’s a great little side...

I have bypassed this restaurant many times but never tried before. So, this one was already put in my want-to-try list.
And I tried the simplest ones first as usual Biang Biang noodle topped with chilli Beef dumplings in Xian style(spicy & sour soup) Sliced port topped with a chilli oil
After mixing the flat thin Biang Biang noodle with marinated chilli in a bowl, the first impression of slurp a noodle was pretty awesome because of complex flavour - spicy, chewy, and tasty. Actually it made me keep slurping one after another.
Beef dumplings in a Xian style were also good - juicy meat bursted out from each bite of dumpling.
For slid pork, it is a cold dish. So, some people may not prefer, while I pretty enjoy pieces of sliced pork topped with sour & a tiny amount of chili oil

There are lots of toppings to choose from, many of which are VERY SPICY - even though I like spicy, I found that the chilli oil soup coats your both so you can’t taste the other flavours of the dish. Both the beef and chicken options were juicy and tender. For a non-spicy option I like the mince, egg and tomato. The sweetness of the egg and tomato combined well with the saltier mince, and together had flavours reminiscent of zha jiang mian 炸酱面. The pork pastry was also fantastic! I loved how flakey and layered the pastry was, and the pulled pork inside was well seasoned.
Service was pretty chill, and staff friendly; you need to come up to the counter to order. The interior is small and a bit cramped too when...
