This was my first experience after recommendation to try this place. It is a very clean place and the staff were exceptionally kind however I just did not have a good experience. The whole dodge the cars and hope you don't die isn't great but the computer only placed one of my coffees through the order, I definitely should have noticed from the price but I am fairly ignorant when it comes to my first time trying an establishment. The batista made my second coffee straight away, I actually received the coffee before the computer could sort itself out for me to pay. This caused a line of people waiting to form and don't forget that it's literally a laneway for cars so it was huge hazard. The owner Liat, or Leah, was very kind, especially in our slightly emotionless COVID living, giving details on the menu through the extras and adaptations that can be done for food and drinks. Look out for this shop, although it’s just a hole in the wall, the trailed line of customers is a dead give away of its...

I thought sure, they make it in a ceramic cup and they pour it in my keep cup after, I’m ok with that. Instead, they made my coffee in a paper cup and gave it to me to pour the coffee into my keep-cup. Honestly I laughed, It was such a weird interaction. The whole point of a keep cup is to avoid single use items and more rubbish being dumped. Are you guys scared of germs or scared of pouring a few ml of milk extra and losing money? I’m genuinely curious.
Coffee was not...
