The BBQ Father Restaurant & Deli — Restaurant in Exmouth

After not ordering from here for a year, due to unacceptable food quality, we decided to give it another try…… Well that was the worst mistake we have ever made….. Ordered the $18 4 hot chicken wings, got a few pieces of over cooked, very dry chicken nibbles= Inedible…… $18 Bruschetta, got two tiny pieces of Turkish bread covered in cherry tomatoes just chopped in half, 2-3 pieces of sliced onion and a sprinkle of sliced jar black olives, this was accompanied by rancid salami that looked to be hacked to bits (Absolutely stunk of old fat) then had a splash of balsamic vinegar to float in = Inedible…… $22 Gnocchi Fritti, donut balls where some were cooked and some were doughy, accompanied with the rancid salami and seriously wilted salad and floating in balsamic= Inedible…… $22 Focaccia Bianca, a mozzarella pizza and nothing more, definitely not a focaccia = Edible if you don’t want flavour…… I always believe in calling when I am not happy and before leaving a review, which I done and was told thats how they do food and my feedback will be given to the Chef…… This time we will never be back nor will we recommend…… Sad reflection on what was once an amazing restaurant with the previous owners…… Would...

Not a great meal. Two seafood spaghettis, one brisket and a serving of garlic bread. Spaghetti was lacking flavour and unfortunately no fish in either serving. Serving size was quite large though. The brisket was quite dry. Thankfully able to use the fat from the other parts to moisten the flat. Barbecue sauce on the meat was awesome but unfortunately the dryness made it hard to enjoy the last three mouthfuls of the brisket. Chips and coleslaw were reasonable.

$120 for three meals and a garlic bread you expect a little more flavour.

Told to pickup at 8pm (25mins after ordering) and food had just come out from the kitchen when arriving. Cant ask for any better than that! Unfortunately the garlic bread was quite cold when getting home, which was a three minute drive from restaurant.

Impressive restaurant that I’m sure serves A LOT of meals each evening. Unfortunately fell short, especially when considering the premium price. Girl at the front was welcoming. Will try again when back in town in a few years and hopefully have some...

By far the worst experience I have ever had. The manager is rude and arrogant. We waited over an hour for our food only for it to be undercooked and when we let the manager know that the pasta was hard her response was "that is the way it is meant to be and in future we should ask for it to be cooked more when we order"....???? We decided to get out meal take away and not wait another hour for the other meal and she walked away from us when we asked and told the chef to stop cooking. We let her know that this has been a pretty terrible experience and her response was "I don't care what you have to say." We then said is this how you treat your customer's and she said again "yes, I don't care" and turned around and walked away. I find it hard to believe that such a terrible and poor customer service business is still running and is rated as the best in exmouth not to mention the dish we ended up taking away tasted like a dolmio sauce and the pasta was not home made it was packet pasta. Will let as many people as I know NEVER...
