Got to be the worst food myself and family have had. Burnt chicken bites for my daughter with cold chips, I had a triple bacon burger which was cold lucky to have 2 patties at best, my wife’s burger was stone cold, all the chips were cold. Waited 50 minutes for our food, I did ring and the girl was nice offering me to bring it back but at that point we were past it. Can’t understand how the chefs would accept sending this kind of food out. Do yourself a favour and don’t eat here. Very disapointed.

We ordered in store. We waited the entire 50 minutes in the establishment with a buzzer that never went off. . The front of house member handed our food to us which would mean they knew it was there that long. We understand you a busy so we thought we are at the end of the que. Like you mentioned 15 minutes to prepare meals but you left in under the light for 30 minutes, and still thought it was ok to hand the food to us full well knowing it was sitting there for 35 minutes.

Yes I was upset on the phone as I didn’t get offered a refund, I waited 10 minutes to call as I had to prepare food for my daughter, also you can understand after paying $90 for cold burnt food we weren’t jumping at the bit to wait another 50 minutes.

Tried to get ice cream from here multiple times. 1st time- we found out like a lot of places in Exmouth they close at 1pm?! So getting a decent ice cream for 7 ppl in the afternoon is impossible. 2nd time- we went in the morning and they decided to close on a Friday! 3rd time- it was a bit confusing as the ice creams are in a different area than where you order and pay. We were told that we had to pay and then could choose our ice creams. Maybe a list of flavours that a staff member could have shown us before we paid would have been good or she could have said where the ice creams were so we could have looked as she pointed back through the staff doors (so we kind of thought they were there). Anyway- paid for our ice cream- expected heaps of flavours to choose from, went to select and there was only like 8 flavours in the cabinet. $7 for a scoop- the ice cream was ok, but a tad expensive for the small size of a scoop that it is.
