Domino's Pizza Robina — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

If there's a 0, I'd definitely give them a Zero star rating. Orders my pizza at 9pm, waited 2hrs for the delivery. Then, it says the pizza was delivered but never received it and never received any phone call or anything from the driver. I had to call dominos robina and explained to them, the guy on the phone said he will call the driver. He called and I can hear over the phone, the number went straight to voicemail. So he asked if I could wait another 10mints just incase the driver is driving and did not answer. I waited 15mints and had to also check around the building just incase he dropped the order anywhere around the building. By this time I have been outside for an hour straight in the cold waiting for the driver. By this time its 11.30pm, so I called the dominos again. No picked up, I had to call 5x and by the 6th call someone picked up. Talk with the two guys working there on the phone and they said they can't reach the driver so they'll have to make another order for me for delivery. Told them I don't trust their delivery service and I'll drive there and pick it up. Picked up my pizza at 12am. We agreed that they'll reimburse my delivery fee and the tip but nothing came through since now. Very very bad service. The kids working that night said they have no control over uber drivers or menulog and I told both of them I ordered straight from dominos website not uber or...

Terrible from beginning to end. Website was glitching out, hard to navigate & didn't show any prices. So I called 1300 dominos & got put through to Robina restaurant to find the girl working the phones didn't know anything about the deals or sides combos. Placed my order any way to pick up ($5 value pizza go up to $18 per pizza to get them delivered) got my baby dressed & in the car, got there only to find they hadn't placed my order in store & I had to reorder & wait another 10-15 minutes in a absolutely packed tiny restaurant. I paid & sat down with my baby in an area trying not to get stood on. 15 minutes passed hearing heaps of peoples names for the order coming & going, bub was getting restless so I went & asked if my order was ready... There it was sitting in the warmer & nobody had called our name, almost didn't give me the second garlic bread I ordered & paid for & adding insult to injury after he asked if I'd paid & I said yes he insisted I hadn't paid yet in front of 15 people, holding my baby, accused me of being about to steal my order. I pulled my receipt from my pocket & shoved it in his face. Couldn't believe it. Will never go to dominos again. Pizza & bread was pretty crappy, spose it's what you get when you just want something...

My Boss decided to buy me a pizza of my choice for my B'day today. I ordered a thin & crispy base vegorama pizza but with NO capsicum or olives, instead replaced with chilli flakes & jalopenos, for pick up... I always get this pizza & have NEVER been charged for 'add ons' simply for replacing the toppings in Sydney, Brisbane, or Perth... Not only was my pizza wrong, but the girl who served me did not give me the opportunity to ask for a receipt, before turning tail & disappearing! Realising my pizza was wrong, I waited for someone to acknowledge me & asked for a replacement... I was asked TWICE what kind of pizza I required... Having sat & waited, I received my pizza & asked for my receipt & foolishly left assuming my pizza would be right this time.. When I got home, I realised my pizza was WRONG AGAIN & I was CHARGED EXTRA for the toppings! My pizza was covered in capsicum - that I am allergic to & there was no more than FIVE jalopenos on it! So the pizza went in the bin! What a rip off!!! I will never use this...
