under new ownership? Changed supplier?

Haven't had a hsp here for over a year until today. it used to be a good kebab shop, but now.. well..

viewed staff take meat for HSP from a container, fresh chicken on skewer fair enough but no previous cuts from chicken before visible, leading to believe its meat from yesterday and it tasted like it too. Too much fat also and pieces of Doner mixed in with the chicken... Tabouli is not the same as it use to be, tabouli is more than chopped parsley. Chips have also changed, for the worse Cardboard box also fell apart from being too wet.. Hommus tasted like it was watered down or slightly bad.. Meat cuts were also thick and looked undercooked

When I went to query the staff the man working seemed to not understand english and pointed at the woman working who seemed to think doner and multiple pieces of fat in snack pack was acceptable.. refund also not offered after bringing this up

the serving was also small for a large hsp with way too many chips, which taste bad compared to the old.

I thought I would give this place a go as I was nearby and it used to be good, but I would suggest anyone thinking the same to avoid.

the only reason this is 2 star is because of the friendly service, but seriously, have some pride in the food you are preparing and selling.. for $20 seriously not good enough. maybe a find a better...

I’ve been here a few times and never had a problem. Tonight however I’m slightly disappointed with this restaurant. An Uber eats order was placed at 8:27pm. Waiting until 8:55pm before my order was allocated to a driver. Upon the drivers arrival he has been notified my order was already collected. He cancelled and another Uber driver was allocated. This driver has advised me the restaurant is closed and cancelled. I received a call from Furbys at 9:09pm and advised my order was collected at 8:30pm and they’re confused as other Uber drivers have been arriving for collection. When I questioned how my order for 2 snack packs could have been made and picked up within 3 minutes, I was advised their service is quick and the wrong order must have been collected as they were busy and are now closed. In this instance they have must have failed to check the order was for the correct driver as I didn’t even have a driver allocated until 30 minutes after the order was placed.

This is why a phone number for a business should be supplied on their app, Facebook page, Google business advert etc so I would have had the opportunity to call and follow up when I first was suspicious and tried to call...

I don’t even know where to begin — this SUPER LARGE HSP was an absolute MONSTER of a meal and I LOVED every single bite of it! First off, the portion size was INSANE — this thing could feed a small village but I took it down like a warrior. Juicy, tender meat cooked to perfection, smothered in the most mouth-watering trio of garlic, BBQ, and chili sauce (A.K.A. the holy trinity), all laid on a golden bed of crispy, seasoned chips. Every bite was an explosion of flavor — spicy, smoky, creamy… it was pure magic.

The meat-to-sauce-to-chip ratio was elite, and not a single soggy fry in sight. Honestly, it was like this HSP was handcrafted by the gods of takeaway. I had to pause halfway through just to appreciate the culinary masterpiece I was consuming.

If you’re hungry, hungover, happy, sad — whatever your mood, this HSP is the answer. It’s not just food, it’s an experience. LEGENDARY. I’ll be dreaming about this thing until I get my next one.
