We arrived after looking around the area for places to eat, when we initially arrived we were greeted by a very friendly man who showed us to a booth although we had no reservation. Once sat down we ordered our food and drinks from a nice lady, service at this point was terrific. We were then brought out our cocktails which tasted very delicious but didn’t receive one of the soft drinks, soon after another staff member came to our table and told us that the booth we were in was reserved (no sign) so she asked to leave and move to a table that was very wet and with wet seats and not even enough seats. No one attempted to dry it for us so we requested to move to another bar table that was not practical for eating but at least it was dry, along with requesting to move there we had to remind staff about our missing soft drink. After sitting down again our food was shortly brought out but still no sign of our drink so we had to request it again. When the waiter brought the food out a bowl of chips was dropped on one of us and while attempting to clean it up we were asked by another waiter for one of our bank cards so we wouldn’t run off (at this point wish we never entered). After handing over a bank card and fixing the chips that had been spilt we had to request our drink again which was finally brought out. One of the meals was brought out with out a knife so we requested a knife to which the waiter said in a jokingly matter “no you’ll have to suffer” but then proceeded to not go get a knife so we had to waive another waiter down and ask. When we received the knife we started eating to realise our chips weren’t even cooked properly, we ate what we could which was nice food but nothing special. We then went to pay and leave to notice our booth we were in had no one in there still.

If Gordon Ramsay saw their menu he would ask them to chop it in half, if not smaller, as it is way too big, and yet, in spite of that, it was still delicious. It does not make sense! Surely they are running at a loss! My biggest complaint is that all of the waitresses were wearing skimpy outfits while the men were wearing comfortable T-shirts. Why do the female wait-staff have revealing clothing and the male wait-staff don't? And why are all of the female wait-staff incredibly attractive? Coincidence? Were they choosing to wear singlets and short-shorts because it was hot? Or was that what they are forced to wear? Hopefully it's just a coincidence because if not then I smell a lawsuit, which would be a pity because this was brilliant otherwise. Maybe fix that up before anyone complains. Get the women to wear comfortable t-shirts if they want to, and let the men wear singlets too if they want to. That was my only complaint though, and is why I listed it as 4-stars for atmosphere. Everything else was amazing. I felt like the $1 wings were too cheap, even on a special, and I worry for them that they are not making a profit. Read moreWe had a bad experience here on Friday night. The waitstaff were friendly and the cocktails came out with fun decorations for a bit of a laugh. That’s where the good part ended. Our drinks arrived and the cocktails were sooooo terrible. They honestly tasted like medicine and so so so sickly sweet…like you were buying $2 moonshine cocktails in Thailand or Bali. 2 of us couldn’t drink ours at all, it was awful. I mentioned this to one of the male waitstaff who was very understanding and polite and wanted to provide us with a different drink. He then went to speak to his manager. She came over and passive aggressively asked us what was wrong with the drinks, I tried to explain that they didn’t taste very nice and I asked if she had tried them. She said it was the same recipe they’ve been using for 5 years. She said I can’t offer a refund or do anything about it, because you chose the drinks and our waitstaff didn’t suggest those drinks in particular. I wasn’t necessarily even looking for a refund, but trying to provide feedback and possibly have a different drink that we could actually consume. But, she took our 2 barely touched cocktails and walked away and that was that. While the previous staff member had said he would give us a replacement drink, the manager gave us nothing except for a really poor attitude.
