Jack's Kebabs — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

I went there today and bought a large Chicken kebab from a rude lady that made me feel like I was intruding on her just for stepping through the door. I asked for cheese and pineapple as extras and received 4 tiny little bits of pineapple. I’m no mathematician but I’m pretty sure that considering they charge $1.50 for pineapple, that would mean that they make about $600 off of every pineapple. The cheese I got was about half the weight of a single slice of processed cheese at yet again… You guessed it $1.50. I watched her make it the entire time and watch her put on 2 tiny half slivers of tomato and a minuscule amount of lettuce. When I payed $17 for it and realized how light it was, I had to ask if this was indeed the large one. She looked at me like I’d just run over her cat and confirmed that it was indeed the large one. I didn’t weight it but I’m pretty sure the napkin weighed almost as much as the kebab and definitely weighed less than a tiny cheeseburger from McD’s. Can’t say I’ll go back there. Absolutely loved coming here when the men were making our food but the ladies now running the shop were very rude and the food is disgraceful. For starters none of the works were wearing a mask, they charged us for extras (extra meat and cheese) and never gave us any of them, no sauce was even put on it. All meals were chewy and dry. Very very poor for a place that once produced some of the best kebabs on the Gold Coast. Even purchased a snack pack that wasn't even half full and paid for a medium which looked exactly like a small. All kebabs were so small that we were still so hungry afterwards. Will never be coming back here again. Absolutely disgraceful. Those ladies need to fix their attitudes very quickly and need to start following Queensland health rules before they start serving poor...

I think the food to money handeling policy needs a SERIOUS revise from all STAFF at OXENFORD! To see the food getting palmed between money and BARE UNWASHED HANDS is DISGUSTING!! Have people forgetton that cold and flu season is still out in force?? Do you know how dirty money actually is?? Where its been?? I purchased a kebab today (very hesitantly)after watching the 2 gentlemen handle 5 customers money before me and wearing NO GLOVES at all, making the food, no washing hands, no sanitiser!
