My daughter and I have been going here for about 5 years during our Sunday Daddy/Daughter day shop. The new renovation looks great. The coffee, by Blackboard, is delicious, and my daughter loves the macaroons.
my old review spoke about the price increases and the decrease of sizes to donuts and pastries. But they’ve added some delicious new items though, like the yummy cinnamon scroll. My daughters loves the macaroons and cupcakes.
The customer service has gone from a 3 to a 5, with consistent friendliness from everyone.
This is a good place to stop for a quick coffee and snack before or after a grocery shop, or for a takeaway coffee. There is usually plenty of seating and the line during peak hours...

Stuff completely ignored me when I came and there was no one at the counter. If there would be at least someone I would put my phone on hold. Like it usually happen.
I returned to say that I was your loyal customer for long time and always buy coffee beans from you (every month!) but after this “amazing” service today I won’t. What your amazing stuff lady said to me was: don’t come and don’t buy! And told me TO LEAVE! What a service!!!!!!!!

After I had this experience I shared with my friend who told me that service at robina so poor that they stopped going there long time ago and actually surprised that I was your customer.

Read moreI’ve been coming here for years for my coffee without issues and the last few months have been getting worse and worse. Last weekend when I ordered a coffee, the staff stood around talking for about 15 minutes before starting my coffee order - more focused on talking between them and organising another staff members food order. This morning I went back again and the coffee I ordered was not the coffee I received - missing vanilla and questionable if it was made on almond milk.
Looks like a culture issue (there are many other reviews on here stipulating the same about the wait). I’ll happily look elsewhere now for a weekend coffee which is a shame because I have been coming...
