⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Noodle Box Broadbeach!

I just had to share my incredible experience at the Noodle Box branch in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast! From the moment I walked in, I knew this was going to be something special.

First, let me rave about the chef – what an absolute culinary artist! The noodles were cooked to absolute perfection with that ideal texture that's so hard to achieve. Every ingredient was fresh, vibrant, and bursting with flavour. You can tell the chef takes genuine pride in their craft, and it shows in every single bite. The balance of spices and sauces was spot-on, creating a dish that was both satisfying and memorable.

But what truly made this visit exceptional was Dhruvanshi's outstanding customer service. She was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect. Her warm personality and professional approach made us feel like valued guests rather than just another order. Dhruvanshi's attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction are exactly the kind of service that keep people coming back.

The combination of exceptional food and world-class service makes this Noodle Box location a real gem on the Gold Coast. I'll definitely be returning and recommending this place to everyone I know. It was absolutely horrible and just unproper cooked meal!. Tonight, I made an order by uber eat, ordering KT (spicy), which is my always order, I've doing takeaways in this store several times as I liked it before! However, because I used the ubereats today I forgot to mention that I'd like to make my noodle spicy, so I called the store immediately after placing the order. The staff answered to me that it was no problem. I received my order and surprisingly the spicy sauce was just left on the top of the cooked noodle without stiring, which they've never served them in this way before. I even don't know which spicy sauce they put on, the sauce was just very sour and horrible, I had to throw the top part of my noodle as they are uneatable. The problem was not finished yet, the onions were undercooked and I felt almost raw today, again they were uneatable and I had to throw them away.

I don't know if there are new chef or staff changed completely, because my meal was taste nothing same like before. It is not my problem about staff, however, don't serve dishes to people in this way or do train your staff.

Although I knew their front staff are not super friendly even before, I didn't really care about it because it's kind of "takeaways" store for me. But after tonight, I don't think I would order this restaurant ever again nor recommend...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Noodle Box at Broadbeach and was thoroughly impressed by their service and food quality. I opted for a $15 meal that included veggie noodles, a veggie spring roll, and a 450ml drink.

The veggie noodles (Pad Thai) with Tofu were perfectly cooked, making every bite flavorful and satisfying. The veggie spring roll was crispy on the outside and deliciously soft on the inside, complementing the noodles perfectly. The drink was refreshing and just the right size to accompany the meal.

What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Initially, I was a bit confused about the pricing for a small meal, but the owner graciously adjusted it and provided me with a medium-sized meal instead. This level of customer care and attention to detail made my experience all the more enjoyable.
