Pizza Hut Broadbeach — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Ordered delivery tonight around 6pm and we are only eating now at almost 8pm. We are incredibly disappointed and won’t be buying from this “food outlet” again with over and hour and a half wait. I had planned to say a lot to the delivery driver however when a teenage boy turned up saying how he had to deliver four other pizzas I decided to hold back (I am a 16 year old girl not some 50 year old Karen). I feel we have really wasted our money tonight with the pizzas obviously turning up barely warm and soggy. For reference our order was not huge as we only ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and side and a drink. I wouldn’t put the full blame of the delivery driver at all as much as the poor planning however I expect more and I don’t hold high expectations at all. Really disappointing!! Pizza Hut can't keep up with the times and tonight's pizza's weren't good. At $40 way over priced, extremely disappointed. We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 sides delivery for $30. Yes we changed from original pizza's to 'Spicy Chicken and Surf 'n' Turf' and accepted the extra $10 charge, total of $40.45 but both had very little chicken let alone steak steak on them and soft dough bases. Normally Pizza Hut has amazing light crispy bases. I had to put in air fryer to get crisp, very poor. Pizza Hut Broadbeach, you closed down before, you need to up your game.
