Visit 26/08 Food was okay for this price ! Nothing much expecting ! Terrible service ! The lady who taking order from beginning was rude. I did ask for fresh chill then when I get the good there is no chill so I asked may I have some fresh chill then she said” you ask for no chill” I told her I asked for fresh chill . She answer “ confuse ! “ just one word?! I also ordered extra meat . There is nothing looks like extra meat so I bring it back want to double checking with them is this extra meat and the lady taking the order had eye connect with me . But she wasn’t straight away come to me she is doing another thing then come to me explain why it is extra meat with really aggressive attitude ! OMG ! Do you guys really doing staff training ! You have something bad happen please do not bring this to customer ! I do not expect friendly greeting and nice attitude ! But at least don’t ne rude ! Went here today for light lunch, steamed dumplings and spring rolls.

The dumplings were barely luke warm, spring rolls took a bite and were cold in the middle, like they had been cooked from frozen...

This is second time in two months I have bought food from here that is not hot! Nor happy.

So I took it back to counter and told the young lady I would get food poisioning if I ate these things, as they are cold in the middle.

Whilst not a lot of money involved, she offered a refund, I said yes ok thanks. Then she had trouble processing it, eventually I asked did it go through...ummm yes, can I have a copy of receipt then please...yes guess what she couldnt print one out, have problem with machine so sorry...I said dont worry and walked off, will not be buying from this store ever again, was good when it first opened not now. Oh and it was not busy 1.30pm on a Tuesday...yes these food places...

Horrible experience, asked for 2x rare sliced beef pho noodle bowls in a meal with a roll and drink. We asked for extra beef and vege, and order this here every fortnight or weekly! Girl at the counter got the order wrong, no worries, let’s fix it - No. The manager on duty told us you can’t order the bowl in the meal, yes you can. She started this back and forth with us for 10 minutes, I lost my patience. We were already charged $52, and she was trying to charge us an extra $22 and couldn’t tell us where the extra costs were coming from. She continuously got the order wrong while trying to “fix” the mistake. Ended up getting the wrong thing and $1.10 thrown in our face.
