She greeted me with a friendly smile, making me feel instantly at ease. she passion for his job was evident, as he effortlessly catered to the needs of every customer while ensuring a vibrant and lively atmosphere for all.
Rad's attention to detail was truly impressive. she anticipated my every whim, expertly mixing delicious cocktails that perfectly matched my preferences. It was as if he had a sixth sense for knowing what would make my taste buds dance with delight. Not to mention, his incredible knowledge of the bar's menu meant he was able to recommend mouthwatering dishes that I might have otherwise missed.
Beyond his impeccable service, Rad's charismatic personality added an extra sparkle to the evening. He effortlessly connected with each customer, brightening their experience with his infectious positivity and genuine interest in their stories and experiences. Atmosphere: ** Sunday night, beach front dining. We found a 7 seat high (bar) table, which was very cramped and felt uncomfortable. Additionally, the tables seemed over compressed and hard to negotiate if you needed to walk around. Inside the venue was better presented but also look very unused considering it’s the Gold Coast. As the open area is shared with 3 other restaurants the customer experience feels very flat.
Customer Service: ** I give this rating as constructional feedback. You were understaffed tonight, with delays on the food - additionally a mushroom sauce was missing from the rump steak order, notified immediately at the bar and it took almost 10 minutes to get it out to us. Staff were friendly and doing the best they could but it felt poorly organised with tables going un-bussed for some time. This allowed for seagulls to fly in, land on the tables and start eating the left over food. This is a serious hygiene issue - more attention here should be given. The whole area should be netted from guards to the roadside ceiling.
Food (why we are here): * Order Chicken Parmigiana & Beef Brisket Burger (chef special) Chicken Parmigiana: Napoli sauce was really flat in flavour, I suspect that not enough sauce was used. The chicken was good thick portion though, juicy and tasty. Salad seemed thrown together, but the chips were excellent! Beef Brisket Burger: brisket was melt in your mouth texture, but sriracha sauce was lacking in hot spice flavour, was rather mild for me, the size of the burger was perfect, larger then your normal burger, overall a tasty good size burger only, no chips which was an extra cost.

Read moreMy wife and I came here on Saturday for breakfast. It took about 10 minutes to get seated, we should have picked up the early signs when it took this long to get seated. We ordered 2 big breakfasts, a hot chocolate and a Cappuccino (which we had asked to be put in takeaway cups). We didn’t want the baked beans and roasted tomatoes but had no option to swap them for anything else, which was unfortunate as the price stayed the same regardless. After waiting for approx. 20 mins and receiving none of our order, I followed up with the waiter regarding our hot beverages only to be told they had taken our order and money but hadn’t sent the order to the barista. A few minutes later the drinks came out and they weren’t in the takeaway cups like we had asked so they had to be taken back and fixed. The cappuccino was ok but the hot chocolate was very watery. Our food took about 40 minutes to come out and it tasted very average. If not for the fact that we had to pay for our meal prior to it coming out, we would have definitely gotten up and left due to the wait time and mixups. On top of the already poor experience we were a little uncomfortable being asked for donations by a surf life saving collector whilst seated. We believe in the cause but don’t think it’s the appropriate setting to be asked for a donation as we were trying to eat our breakfast.
