I ordered a mild butter paneer (something I ordered frequently) and to my surprise it was made different to what I'd normally have. I can respect that most chefs cook different but what made this a bad experience was the spice. I always ordered mild but this time it had been made to more a medium to hot strength. I was really upset because it was too spicy for me to enjoy. I called them and explained what happened, the lady on the phone reassured me that they would "take care of me" next time and apologised.
Since that experience I took a break from ordering from here but over the weekend I felt like a curry so I ordered my usual, exactly the same, everytime. I confirmed with the person on the phone 3 times for the curry to be made MILD. I was sad to come home and discover my curry was made more to a medium hot strength.

While exploring the area, we came across this restaurant and inquired if they could help prepare Maggi noodles if we purchased it ourselves and that we will pay for it ! The staff initially agreed politely, which we appreciated and took as a kind gesture. However, upon returning with the items, they refused and appeared to mock our request, which was disappointing and unprofessional.
As someone from Punjab, where hospitality and helpfulness are deeply valued, I felt let down by the behavior displayed. One of the staff members, particularly the girl from Haryana, came across as unwelcoming, which further added to our discomfort.
