This was our first visit to the restaurant, and we were quite excited to try the menu, which featured a range of Thai-inspired street food. We ordered several dishes to share, and a few definitely stood out. The deep-fried moringa served with their signature prawn dip was a highlight—crispy, flavourful, and paired well with the dip. The roast pork was also excellent—tender, well-seasoned, and nicely balanced in flavour.
That said, while the food overall tasted good, we did feel the pricing was on the higher side, especially considering the nature of the dishes. Most items were presented in a casual, street food style, and the overall setting of the restaurant leaned more towards a modest, hawker-style ambience rather than a premium dining experience.
Service, unfortunately, was underwhelming. We requested some fresh cut chillies to accompany our meal and were given a very small portion. When we politely asked for a bit more, the server appeared visibly displeased. Her body language and facial expression made us feel uncomfortable, which detracted from the overall dining experience. It’s worth noting that the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time—only a few tables were occupied—so the request didn’t seem unreasonable or burdensome.
While we appreciate the effort to bring authentic Thai street flavours to a local dining setting, we feel that the experience didn’t quite justify the price point. The food has potential, but the service and value-for-money aspect need improvement. For a restaurant charging above-average prices, a warmer and more attentive customer service approach would make a...
Read moreCrab Fried Rice ($27.9): To my great surprise, it tastes so authentic, umami, and addictive. This is definitely the best Thai fried rice I’ve ever had. The taste of the shrimp paste just complements the fried rice so well.
(Mocktail) Sura Jelly Pop ($11): At first sip, it has a similar texture to smoothie but less smooth and slightly larger and crispier ice. Simply put, the drink is very sweet, and quite syrupy at the bottom. According to the name of the drink, the rounded jellies actually pop some juice out easily. However, the straw can get penetrated easily and deform in a short period of time so that you won’t be able to sip, but you can ask for more straws.
Thai Coconut Milk Ice Cream ($13.9): It’s served with 3 scoops and various Thai toppings such as red beans, coconut jellies, grass jellies, and attap seeds etc. The ice cream is absolutely delightful, creamy and superb. Eating the toppings with the ice cream is the greatest way to enjoy the dessert.
In conclusion, the restaurant is vividly adorned with colourful LEDs, a variety of Thai local ornaments, and a few blue and red tables and chairs. The restaurant is located in the Circle On Cavill Shopping Centre, which is just right across the Cavill Avenue G link tram station. The service attitude is great, and the foods are excellent but a little pricey. Overall, it’s a...

The Pineapple Fried Rice was a vibrant medley of textures and flavours—a harmonious interplay of sweet, savoury, and subtly spiced elements. Served elegantly within a carved pineapple, the dish not only pleased the palate but also elevated the visual dining experience. The nuanced balance of fresh pineapple chunks, aromatic jasmine rice, and delicate seasoning spoke volumes of the chef’s refined technique and authentic sensibilities.
Equally impressive was the Penang Chicken, which exemplified the depth and complexity of Thai curry. Tender, succulent pieces of chicken were enveloped in a luxuriously rich and creamy Penang sauce, delicately infused with notes of kaffir lime, coconut milk, and roasted spices. Each bite offered a slow crescendo of flavour, revealing layers that lingered graciously without...
