Wokinabox Broadbeach — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

I have never posted reviews for anyone in my life however I felt that this was necessary....Worst Customer experience of my life never going to order from here again the staff and management are rude, arrogant and swear at you when you ask for a refund when they have not provided the food you have paid for and are full of excuses. Never have I ever been treated so poorly in any circumstance....

Tonight I ordered for delivery. Teriyaki chicken, Teriyaki beef, seafood mee goreng and special friend rice. The staff over the phone was friendly and communicated loud and clear. What made my night was the delivery man. Very friendly indeed. The food was delivered earlier than expected and it was still hot.

I would definitely recommend Wokinabox :) really satisfied with the service and taste...
