The Parlour Ice Creamery — Restaurant in Hahndorf

Not a very nice experience. Ordered a piccolo latte with skim milk. The barista (female) refused to use skim milk because she said it wasn’t going to be “much milk”, then she used milk from an already poured pitcher from the fridge, hope it wasn’t reused :( then my latte was only half filled with milk in the demitasse cup (which is more like a macchiato) when it should have been filled to the brim. Paid $4 which is the price of a small coffee, that’s fine but since she only half filled it up, paid $4 for a dash of milk and shot of espresso. I guess it would have been okay if her attitude was nicer, she seem very annoyed throughout and wasn’t happy I paid with card. Obviously would not be retuning, and definitely would not recommend if you want a nice barista and cup of coffee. However, the older gentleman...

Firstly we were so grateful they allowed my family to sit on their table setting while I ordered our lunch next door, and have our lunch. My wife also then ordered some cinnamon donuts to have after. Their cinnamon donuts were amazing and delicious, so we ordered an extra bag to take home. Warmed them in the oven and they tasted as fresh as they were just made. I had the apples crumble and it was amazing. Fresh and crunchy you can taste it was home made. Definitely will be going back to try their the ice...

The ice cream from The Parlour Ice Creamery at Hahndorf is so yummy and has a wide range of flavours to choose from. The ice cream is full of flavour and tastes exactly like the flavour you are ordering. Even though our group went on a busy public holiday, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are other food items on the menu like waffles, pofferjess, brownies, pretzels in different flavours, donuts and berliners, milkshakes and coffees. Good atmosphere in a good location - a must visit...
