Zephyr Restaurant — Restaurant in Lakes Entrance

Extremely disappointed. After calling the day before, I checked that they could cater for gluten free with no onion or garlic as I was going to order the chicken schnitzel for dinner and they said yes-no problems. I was looking forward to a nice meal. So after ordering the chicken schnitzel, a lady came out 20 minutes later mind you and told me that put garlic AND onion in the breadcrumbs!! So I requested s refund as we couldn’t eat there. There was nothing else suitable for me to eat. The problem didn’t stop there. The lady at the counter had refunded just my meal-not my husband’s! What- so my husband is going to eat his meal while I just sit there watching him?? It took them at least twenty minutes to give me my refund off my credit card. We will not return ever again. Have been here many times when visiting Lakes Entrance and the food is great. Went there last night and it's now been changed to a smorgasbord. We were given seating and all seemed good. Food on offer was plentiful and delicious. We weren't told there were two sittings and that we would need to vacate our chairs by 7.00 pm for the next lot who had reserved the table. Waiting staff lady was very rude to us in front of the people wanting the table. We had to stand to finish our drinks.
