Absolutely terrible service, arrived at 6 placed our order at 620, waited for ages and finally went up to counter at 7 to see where the garlic bread was, it was bought out 5 mins later to our surprise it was only four small slices which was $9 overpriced for what it was, then thinking our meals wont be far away, time rolled on and at 745 went up to ask for a refund on our meals only for the staff member to go see what was happening and came back and said it will be 10 mins for our meals to arrive, we have been waiting for over an hour and said no as that is all it would take to cook a parmi and chicken burgers, so the kitchen obviously forgot our order, very unprofessional, definitely won’t be back rang manager and spoke to him he said he would look into it and call me back letting me know what happened in the kitchen that night, it’s been three days and no return call ...

The service was excellent. Thanks Madi! 😊 The chicken parmigianas were perfect. I love that we had the option of mash and veg or chips and salad. The sticky date pudding was yummy. And the music was fantastic.

But what most impressed me was this brilliant British Pub actually had a zero beer - a Heineken zero ! My favourite. YAY! As an adult who doesn’t drink alcohol, you feel like a second class citizen at most venues. It’s coke, sprite or a ginger beer if you’re lucky. Loads of alcoholic beers, but not ONE zero beer. Cannot speak higher of a group of service staff, generally takes alot to leave review but I saw some pretty abhorrent behavior that would normally be ignored or accepted most locals however the staff on hand saw what was happening for face value and acted accordingly. Highly recommend anyone looking for a Christmas function venue or just somewhere to cater for 5 or more people with high quality service and intuitive attitude towards groups who may not fill the traditional roll.
