King of Kebabs — Restaurant in Launceston

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience this afternoon when I called telling them there was a VERY HARD piece of something in the mixed meat pack (like loaded fries). It nearly broke my tooth & I told him this. It felt more like a rock on my tooth than a piece of bone (which he claimed it was, I dont agree), it was heavy and made a 'tink' sound when dropped on a stainless steel bench. The person I spoke to took no responsibility at all, said it was "probably just a piece of bone". There was not even an apology offered at all. He requested I take the meal back down, I ordered via uber eats so it defeated the purpose of getting it delivered in the 1st place. It is a shame as I do enjoy their kebabs every now & then. This establishment has housed me for many late night meals and lunches. With a wide selection of choices, rich in variety and fresh ingredients you cannot be disappointed. Atmosphere could be improved with some fitting music but this is my only complaint.
