Since I moved to Launceston in early 2019 I haven’t found a better place to have breakfast at in town. It’s my go to place and I always feel so well looked after as soon as I walk inside sweet brew. They just do everything right and deserve 5 stars. I have seen the same team working there since I moved here and they are always relaxed and provide great service. They have the vibe right for mornings and greet you with a smile to start your day. It never feels like an awkward place to walk into with the good vibes you get. The coffee is always really good and the food is amazing too! I have been to cafes before who have extravagant looking menus but some just haven’t been able to showcase it like they could from time to time. Sweet brews menu is creative and everything on the plate works with each other. It’s always delicious. I ordered the sweet brew Steamed egg last week and it blew my mind how nice it was. Their coffee is just the best in town as well. It’s always smooth and never long to wait for. They really have some talent on board in the way of chefs and baristas and their service to their customers is very important to their team. ...

We had an unforgettable experience at this incredible café in Launceston, and we are so grateful for their exceptional customer service. During our visit, my daughter wasn’t feeling well and unfortunately vomited. The staff were so kind, helping to clean up and making sure we didn’t feel embarrassed or uncomfortable.

After we returned to our table, they replaced our coffee and hot chocolate with fresh ones, as they had gone cold during the incident. What really stood out was when Archana, the owner of the café, insisted on replacing my coffee, saying, “I know you like your coffee, and I want to make sure you have a good one.” That thoughtful gesture really touched me.

As if that wasn’t enough, they even brought out two new outfits for my daughter—an act of kindness we will never forget. On top of their incredible hospitality, the coffee was so good I ended up buying their beans to take home!
