One of the worst dining experiences I have had. As someone who has worked in hospitality it was quite appalling. The atmosphere was lovely, including the music and the decor, which was very nice to dine with. However food and service was terrible. Weren’t the only customers to complain that night about the food, one table was served raw meat. Waiter had no idea what food was and wasn’t available on the menu, and had to go back and forth multiple times. Took way too long to order food, contemplated leaving, and honestly should have. We ordered steak and paella, which came out 20 minutes apart, so we had to share the food rather than have our own dishes because otherwise the food would’ve gone cold. Steak was put on the table without cutlery, had to ask for cutlery and weren’t even given water, had to ask for water multiple times. Paella serving was enough for a toddler to eat, honestly shocking for $25, the serve was tiny. Prawns in the paella weren’t de-shelled, how do they expect someone to dig into the paella which is hot and deshell the prawns. If I could give 0 stars I would, however 1 star it is for food...
Read moreFound this place while searching for somewhere to eat in the area, atmosphere was nice but unfortunately couldn’t say the same with the food or service. My friend and I ordered Porterhouse steaks. First thing that went badly was it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive, others that were sitting around us that ordered after us received their meals before us and they ordered the same as we did. The steak itself was a lot thinner cut then most porterhouse steaks and that was very disappointing especially paying $45 for it. We both ordered our steaks medium rare and they both were rare which wasn’t that nice to eat. Some positives about it was the wine sauce that came with it was nice and the chips had nice seasoning to it. The staff were a bit all over the place as-well, not that great with customers and very slow in a lot of things. Seems like a nice place for drinks...
Read moreWhen I order an old fashioned, I do actually want to be able to taste the bourbon. If I wanted a lemon lime bitters slushie, I would have asked for that, instead of paying $20 for a cup of mostly ice. I truly could barely even take a sip without a block of ice falling on my face. I cannot remember the last time I sent something back, but I did with this drink. The bartender even tried to enlighten me as to how ice melts. It was remade with 'half' the ice, but was still a pretty poor excuse for an old fashioned. Can anyone tell me why none of my guy friends have been served 'slushie whiskey cocktails' at...
