Big Italiano — Restaurant in Melbourne

It's a shame this outlet is a shell of what it used to be. Even after ownership changed hands several years ago, the quality was still good. 2 weeks ago I got the half a pizza deal which I've gotten many times in the past and unfortunately on this occasion, it will be my last time ever buying food from this place. 3 things were wrong with the pizza:

1. The dough has clearly changed, thinner and less quality
2. The pizza had clearly been under the heat lamps for far too long
3. I found a black curly hair in it (I have short straight blonde hair)

Quality has clearly gone downhill and looking at previous reviews and responses from the owner, they either respond negatively toward negative reviews, or play the violin about being hard done by due to COVID lockdowns. Either way, it's not a good look, nor is the quality of the food. In the end, I can't recommend this place to...

Today I try it and it’s miserable, one piece was sloppy and falling down need a knife and fork to eat it.

The other piece was incredibly dry, hard and chewy like the box it came in. Taste of the capricciosa was odd and quality is lower.
