Went to try this new place out on Sydney road - their ice cream flavours are kinda 'weird'/'exotic'. Had the salted caramel for my first scoop which was more like caramel to my taste buds and was way too sweet after 5 or 6 spoonfuls. My husband had the choc mint and he liked it. I wasn't happy with mine so went in again to ask if I could taste a few flavours before choosing my second scoop and they said yes. The highlight was the GRILLED PINEAPPLE flavour! IT WAS THE BOMB!!!!!! Coming from a Malaysian background, pineapple tarts (cookies) are a local hometown favourite especially during the Lunar new year. And this ice cream tasted so close to the pineapple Jam used in my childhood cookies. Even without those nostalgic memories, this was definitely the BEST FLAVOUR there! I tried also the Cookies & Cream and Bayleaf Blackberry which I didn't like either - hence the 4 star rating. Love the vegan options but would love to see some more generic flavour options too!

A small ice creamery that you might even miss walking along Sydney Road. A simple ice cream sign in black and white on the outside but a tremendously good ice cream place inside. Pastel colours to welcome you with quite a retro vibe. The ice cream is amazing. Texture is not quite the same as gelato, but neither is it supposed to be. Billy Van Vreamy's ice cream is rich, flavoursome and you can tell each flavour is made with care and all natural ingredients. The mint choc chip is the first time I've ever had an ice cream that tasted like legitimate mint (the herb). The vegan options are also not to be forgotten. Banana walnut tastes literally like banana bread with crunchy walnuts and the perfect amount of salt just to make it all the more enticing and complex. The vegan options are also still so spectacularly creamy you would not even know it was plant based. Highly recommended!

Love the interior and presence this new venue brings to Sydney Rd. The menu offers a variety of interesting flavours. I ordered the s’mores sundae with vanilla bean and milk choc peanut praline. This sundae comes with toasted melted marshmallow and chocolate fudge drizzled on top. The appearance was better than the overall taste. It was sweet as expected but the ice cream itself was underwhelming. More icey and less creamy as I prefer with gelato. Thought the ice cream wasn’t the best, the one staff member was very accomodating and helpful with choosing flavours. Great service and my and family really enjoyed our visit.

Thank you BVC for being part of our wedding day! It was the most talked-about surprise for our guests, especially because the cart was setup during the ceremony so it appeared like magic to everyone attending! Everyone loved the ice cream (as expected!) and it was a big talking point with everyone. The employee scooping was lovely and generous, and was happy to allow us to take photos with the cart. The best part was that a lot of our family is from Perth and we were able to tell them all about the store over there, so they can go get some ice cream and reminisce any time they want!

The experience of enquiring, organising and paying for the cart was easy and seamless, and we were confident everything would go smoothly, so had no worries on the day! Thank you BVC, we will see you next time we...
