Bread Top — Restaurant in Melbourne

I've been coming to this bread top religiously every Saturday and buying different desserts. They had a loyalty program which I was never offered. Today I witnessed the lady with the short hair and glasses speak her language to a customer and straight away gave her a loyalty card and stamped all the card until she got her $5 off. The lady serving me still did not offer me the loyalty card and I had to ask for one. Every week I have been spending an average of $15 in this shop. So I thought I could go and show her my purchase history of my spending in the store. I spoke to her and she called another person and she refused to acknowledge the fact that I was in this store shopping. They were rude and spoke in there language in front of me when all I was asking for was the stamps that they missed out on offering. I find that this place only looks after their own and does not care about the customer that are spending money in the store. Lacking in understanding and customer service. No point having loyalty card if your only willing to offer it to your own kind. Very disappointed and will not be coming back to this...

We got this cute Xmas Snoopy cake, and it was beautiful but so yummy too, made with white peach cream 😋

Their breads always hit the spot, some of our favourites this time were the curry beef donut and chocolate horn - whatever you choose, you can't go wrong here 🙌🏻

Shocking service, can't even do a simple task of copying characters. Don't ever go to these guys for anything.

Edit: I haven't asked for anything related to the above service at this place since, however, I will provide an additional 2 stars for the recent ok to good service.

But I can't stress enough how silly the staff sounded when they said that they could copy complex kanji, not hiragana. Mind you, hiragana characters don't consist of many strokes, and anyone with the ability to use a pen on paper can copy it with ease.
